As a celiac I was so excited to find somewhere I could eat! Not only is the entire cafe gluten free but it is excellent!! My entire family (not celiac) loved their food and raved about how good it was. My teenage daughter said it was one of the best potatoes she’s ever had “cooked to perfection”! Will return every time we are in town!! Sorry about the photo all the good is gone because it was soooo good!

I’ve wanted to try this spot since it’s opened and today we finally had the opportunity to and it was phenomenal!!! I created a salad it was $14 but I got the works on it and it was a massive size extremely filling one thing I noticed right away was how finely chopped and proportioned the salad was which can be hard to find for a fast food salad!!! It was extremely fresh well balanced and filling and will now be my favorite spot for a salad!!! My husband got the mucho taco baked potato and it was MASSIVE he couldn’t finish it in 1 sitting. The potato was perfectly cooked all throughout no over done or under done parts and it was LOADED the flavor was exceptional and is a must try potato!! Finally we got jalapeno bites to split and try although they didn’t have any spice to them the flavor was amazing in every bite I’m not sure what the filling is maybe a homemade cream cheese but it was delicious I would have liked a tiny bit of kick with it though!!! All in all the entire experience was 10/10 the price extremely affordable portions massive food delicious my 1 complaint are the hours since they are only open from 11-3 it will be hard to make this a family dinner spot!!!

This was a unique and delicious experience! From huge potatoes of all varieties to delicious salads, it blew our minds how good everything was. Plus, there’s the bonus of all kinds of yummy fudge. Add the lovely little gift shop and we were extremely happy with our visit!

Stopped here on our way thru Alamosa and we were not disappointed. These are fantastic local potatoes, and loaded with great other local ingredients. One order is enough for two unless you are really hungry. The rest of the menu – salads and non-potato items looked just as good. Take a moment and stop in for sit down or to go.

Stopped here for lunch and the food was delicious. The chicken bacon ranch spud was so juicy and flavorful and the garlic butter sauce on the mammoth was amazing. I wish that was a dipping sauce for the paws. Don’t forget try the fudge on the way out.
