I was visiting family and we went to Sand Valley Golf resort and it was my first time there. It is a very scenic and beautiful golf course. Lots of sand and dunes all over and they have cabins and rooms available for you to stay. The staff is great and attentive if you need anything. We stopped off at Mammoth Bar and Lounge and sat by the fire pit and enjoyed some music and some drinks. It was a beautiful day out and the sun was about to set along with the scenery from the lounge area, just amazing. I am not a golfer but they offer a variety of trails that you can walk or bike. It is a bit pricey but a visit to see what this place looks like is worth it. I enjoyed my visit there and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area to stop in and check Sand Valley / Mammoth Bar & Lounge/ Aldo Farm to Table. These are all located with the same location.

Mammoth Bar is rustic but full of light as the day draws to a close. A busy bar, it does get a bit loud, so sit on the periphery if you wish for a quieter meal. Food was delicious! Pork shank was fork tender with a nice mustard sauce and mashed potato. Cheese curds were light and gooey with both a buffalo sauce and special sauce on the side. Service was just ok. Food runners were very attentive filling water.

I played 36 and was really looking forward to watching the Stanley Cup while having some food from Aldo’s. Thankfully they do serve some dishes from Aldo’s at the bar.

I had the filet which was incredible. It was tender and had a nice au jus. The plate also came with potatoes and broccolini which filled me up

Very good food! Got here just before season started so looking forward to a full menue. Staff is amazing! Corrected a mistake quickly and graciously – tough to find in server’s now a days! Side salad was fantastic so different than ur run of the mill salad – colored tomatoes & carrots I never see that!! Definitely on our new favorites list!

Total 5 star experience. Gorgeous grounds. We ate a late lunch and then hiked there with our pup. Very dog friendly! David was amazingly helpful in showing us around and getting us to the trailhead. He is a true asset.

I don’t golf, but I love coming here. It’s located on the Sand Valley property. This bar is much more upscale than any other pub in the area. That’s not saying much, as most of the local gin joints are total dives. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good dive bar. But, when you want to wear a shirt with buttons, sleeves, and a collar, come here.

The cool thing is, the prices are very reasonable. You can eat at the bar, which is what we did. Out bartender (Matt) was fantastic. He was super knowledgeable about the wine and bourbon. You can order food from both the Mammoth menu and Aldo, which is right next door. The cheese curds are fantastic. The nachos, burgers, and salads are no slouches, either. Lots of fresh ingredients!

Give it a whirl. It’s a nice getaway from the fried food establishments that seem to make up most of its neighbors.

Great restaurant, also named Aldo’s Farm And Table. Simple menu for food, with lots of beverage options and even a cigar list. Our food was very good quality, well-prepared and presented. The waitress was very polite and friendly.

Breathtaking view of the course! I like that they give the option of ordering from the bar or restaurant menu. I love the burger as much as the pork shank with mustard spaetzle or the steak. Get the buffalo cheese curds, you won’t be disappointed!

Had a drink at the bar after our round just now. Absolutely horrendous service. Bartenders completely ignored us. Mary, Jax, a female with long black hair & male manager chatted with themselves and acted very annoyed when we asked for service while sitting at the bar. Had the nachos & they were not very appetizing & cold. The chicken wings were good, & drinks when we finally got them were good. Really hoped for a better experience! Restaurant was also incredibly hot!
