Mammoth is the best sandwich shop in Queen Anne next to the Seattle Center. It is the perfect place to come with the family before an event at the Pacific Northwest Ballet, Climate Pledge Arena, McCaw Hall, or while visiting the Space Needle. They have crafts for kids and adults alike with a great draft list of local beers, and a full bar with delicious cocktails to enjoy while watching the game on the TV. The patio has a great view of the Seattle Center fountain and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The homemade hot sandwiches are huge, filling, unique, and delicious. The parking is convenient and easy. We look forward to coming back before a Kraken or Storm game. They also cater!

Staff: Lexie, Heather, Tim, Grant, Hannah
Items: Creamed old fashioned, bourbonade, slushie, Paleolithic, Sabertooth, Predator, hearty salads, pesto Mac salad, ice cream sandwiches

Came here on a Tuesday at 2pm. No line. Ordered the tuna salad sandwich. The bread was perfect. I’m usually disappointed by stale or bland bread at sandwich shops but this place either makes their bread or order it fresh from a good bakery. All the ingredients were fresh. The tuna salad was so flavorful. Feel like I lucked out choosing this spot before heading to the airport. And the dude at the register was really nice. Definitely coming back here if I’m ever in Seattle again.

Great place to get sandwiches in the Queen Anne area. Pretty good size for a sandwich and a very flavorful. I did like their brisket more than their chicken. Cool and meat spot to casually grab a quick sandwich. French onion dip was pretty good as well. Overall, I recommend I would come back.

Update: sandwiches are bomb! The bread is phenomenal

Seattle’s best summer hang! I LOVE the fact that they have slushies (that you can boozify)… perfect for a hot day. Plus it’s got the outdoor area. While I haven’t eaten here, it’s only a matter of time – I can’t wait to try their sandwiches (don’t forget the ice cream sando). ALSO, Lexie is awesome company 🙂

Quality ingredients mean nothing if your sandwich bread sucks, but thankfully, Mammoth KILLED IT on all sandwich fronts from fantastic bread to fresh, creative, and adequately portioned ingredients between the bread. Paired with a nice tap selection to satisfy any pallette and you’re in for an awesome summer meal before a Climate Pledge event or while walking around Uptown and Queen Anne

This place is great, but the prices are steep. I got the Predator sandwich, which a nice, hot sandwich with chicken thigh, bacon, arugula, tomato. With tax, this thing was $18. Absurd. I understand this is right in the heart of Seattle and probably not the fault of the restaurant, but I have to note it.

The atmosphere is very modern, and they have a bar and brews on tap. Definitely a place to day drink if you are into that.

What a wonderful surprise! Great sandwiches, AWESOME atmosphere, great activities for kids or artists. We came over straight from the pool, so the kids were dressed for the fountain in front and the ping pong balls they provided us. It’s not every day you get a great place for the parents and kids. We will be back soon and telling our friends.

Amazing sandwich shop in Seattle! I got the paleolithic sandwich and a non-alcoholic slushie. The sandwich has ingredients like a banh mi but the bread is a different type. The bread is absolutely delicious!! I have never had any bread like that before and it is so good. The slushie is also really good. I highly recommend coming here for lunch! One thing you probably want to keep in mind is that they take a while to make your sandwich on the spot, so during rush hour it can take up to 30 mins of waiting—it is definitely worth the wait!

Taurus sandwich is the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. So good had to get a second sandwich. The Stonehenge was also amazing. All the chefs here deserve a kiss on the mouth but seriously, it’s that good. The ciabatta bread is the best bread I’ve had. Too bad I don’t live in Seattle, I would be here every day
