Great food but today they had problems. We have a group of five on lunch. My receipt says 11:46 am. No ice in soda machine and the soda machine for drinks was never put back together and turned on. Three of us tried the tea, it was not good. I didn’t receive my Philly cheese steak until 12:16. That was a thirty minute wait. Customer service was really nice. But I had an issue with ordering at the window and tipping for my order then u sit down and have a waitress care for your table. I wanted to tip her for her service but that would be another tip amount when you already tipped at window. I’m giving 4 stars for a polite service even this they were not prepared for the day and for the wait on my food. Which was good. Thank you

We drive 40 minutes for the pizza once a month or so .. Perfect NY style crust. I’m never disappointed . A few time’s it seems like they have trouble with the AC, but honestly just order to go if that’s a issue. It’s the best NY style pizza I’ve had in a long time, will continue to be a customer

Let me start by saying this is one of my families favorite locations. We have always had a great experience …. However today was a different story. The young lady running the front register definitely made her personal phone conversation priority. Wearing an ear peace doesn’t hide the fact that you can’t wait to get to your conversation. It was clear she was very bothered to be interrupted. The little she did have to say was extremely rude. ZERO customer service. Honesty I was ready to walk out before we even sat down but I saw Isabell in the back so knew as long as we made it past the front counter we would be in good hands. THANK GOD FOR ISABELL The whole we’ve been here eating you can hear the personal conversation still being had behind the register.

I ordered Chicken Parmigiana. Sauce bland, spiced it up with seasonings brought to table, very runny sauce. Salad had one slice tomato, 1 slice cucumber and few shavings of carrots with lettuce. Chicken was so thin, cheese on top thicker. My husband’s lasagna was soaking in same bland runny sauce as well. If we return we will stick with pizza.

This place is great food is excellent good quality and good portions for the price. Service is always above and beyond we always dine in even when the ACs weren’t working because Suerita is an amazing server she has a unique personality and always makes us feel welcome. Never disappoints she even remembers our orders what we like what we drink she is absolutely wonderful.

Here’s the thing- the food was just as juicy as this review is about to be, so it’s hard to rate this place so low. First of all, the pizza tasted amazing DESPITE getting our order wrong, which honestly saved this review from being 1 star. We ordered a 16in. cheese pie with 8 toppings- cooked well done.

Terrible experience at Mama Rita’s on Friday 08/25/23. We arrived & were promptly showed to our seats, it wasn’t very crowded. We’d eaten there before & had mediocre service but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that our previous experience was a one-off incident. We ordered our drinks & began to place our food order.

This place is getting ONE star and that’s only because the Stromboli was actually really good. Other than that, there is nothing about this place I’d recommend. First of all, walking in there is like walking into a sauna- I’m not exaggerating. It felt like it was 90° in there. Secondly, service is some of the slowest service I’ve ever received at a restaurant. I’m a server and have been for 5+ years and I’m usually really understanding, but this was just not good. Our server didn’t take initiative to refill drinks or ask if there’s anything else we needed, instead would just walk away. She didn’t check back to the table after dropping off our food, instead sent another employee over. Don’t even get me started on the “cleanliness” (or lack there of- see attached pictures)… the windowsills were absolutely disgusting and don’t look like they’ve been cleaned EVER. the floor was filthy and the baseboards had caked on dirt and dust on them. The pizza in the display case up front looked like it had been cooked 12 hours prior and they were still planning on serving it to tables/customers. The woman behind the to-go/checkout desk was eating ice cream while standing behind the counter and in the kitchen. Our server also just left our credit cards in the back unattended for someone to steal and/or jot down our credit card numbers… Just an extremely underwhelming and unpleasant experience overall and I will not be returning.
