Called to order pizza, asked about specials. She told me they had a 2 pizza 2 toppings 16″ and a bread stick for around $42. I only needed a topping on 1 and the other was just cheese. She proceeded to tell me that the coupon would not work in the computer unless I did two toppings on both of them. I asked her couldn’t she just tell them what toppings to put on the pizza and ring it in as a two topping?.
She had to go talk to the owner and then came back to the phone after 5 minutes saying that the owner would do it this time but next time I had to order two toppings on both of them.
I guess I failed to see the logic in this as a business owner offering a two topping special wouldn’t you be ecstatic when somebody orders the special and doesn’t get two toppings not only does that save you money but it also helps locals support your business.
I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere as I didn’t want to be a hindrance to your well-run establishment.

We have ordered from Mineo’s many times. The pizza usually is good. Our last order the pizza was burnt and tasted like cardboard. When we called the restaurant and spoke to the owner she was incredibly rude. She said, “I took the pizza out of the oven myself and it was not burnt. That is the way the deep dish pizza is.” We responded by saying, “we have ordered many times and our pizza has never looked like this.” After we told her we will take our business somewhere else in the future she replied, “So be it.” We will not order from Mineo’s again. The pizza was burnt and tasted like cardboard and the customer service was horrendous. The pizza was overpriced. We would prefer to give our money to restaurants that treat their customers better

Absolutely the best pizza in this area! We had gotten pizza delivered from Peppino‘s n Byron center for probably 15 years until something changed with their cheese. For the past six years, or more we have been getting it from Mineos. I was a little concerned because recently they changed owners (previous owner of Frankie V’s) they assured me that nothing would change, but I thought they would change the recipe anyway. It’s still exactly the same and outstanding. I love that place!

Ordered 3 pizzas at 4:10 pm to be delivered. We called ay 5:50 was spoken to rudely and hung up on. Was told about an hour for our pizza, they can have good pizza but if your going to be rude and people have to wait over 2 hours for their deliver when they open at 4pm a little ridiculous. And when we did call back they were saying 2 hours for pick up. Absolutely not worth it. So yourself a favor and pick a different pizza place because the wait and rudeness isnt worth it.

Ordered their Deluxe Oven Roasted Sub. Very very disappointed (see pics). Yes, the pic shows only 3 very small pieces of mushrooms and maybe an 1/8 of a lb of very thin slices of meat. I even tipped 20% when ordering on line. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!

Tasty authentic style pizza! Everything is freshly made and hot! Superb ratio of sauce and cheese. The cheese breadsticks are loaded with gooey cheese and lots of parmesan garlicy goodness! Cinnamon sticks were covered in icing and powdered sugar! Much better than the chain pizza places.
