This place is terrible. I asked for well done crispy Pizza and this is what they give me. It barely looks like it was cooked. a sloppy greasy mess. I would love to know who looked at this and decided this looks like a crispy pizza before giving it to me. Don’t waste your money here.

Ordered 2 pizzas one came out nice the other was burnt like many other reviews have said. The woman at the front desk was also rude.

Disappointed in the Zeppoli‘s today. last time I got them they were tossed in the powdered sugar and delicious, this time It looks like they just threw some powdered sugar on top of them after waiting 10 minutes because they forgot to put them in for my to go order.

Delicious and authentic New York style pizza. You will not be disappointed! My family ordered twice in one day! We ordered cheese with extra cheese and pepperoni pizza. My kids are very picky but love this pizza. My mother loves it as well and requested it today. I highly recommend this pizzeria!

Ordered dinner for my family and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We go to pick it up and need to wait an additional 40 minutes for the food to be done. (It took an hour from when I called) A manager explained they were down a chef and had a rush, but if you knew then you should have added to the wait time when I called and placed the ordered. It’s a nice clean establishment. There’s plenty of parking. Very popular with the locals. I’m from NYC, and moved to Tampa 7 yrs ago. That being said…the pizza was ok. Definitely better than domino’s/ pizza hut. It’s decent flavor, but not true NY pizza. The wings were flavorless- no sauce. It had a pinch of Buffalo sauce and rest was oil. They have potential of being good.

All the food was excellent only complaint was ordered my pie half cheese half pep and mush but upon arrival it wasn’t ready when the said 35 mins l (which is fine life happens) but when I did get it, it was half pep half mushroom no cheese slices so had to have them remake it then because I had to wait anyway I ordered some wings (mild) when they finished they brought everything out wings and knots already bagged up , I get home and their is no mild sauce on the wings their plain no flavor deff disappointed I grew up with mama mias and had it frequently growing up living on stone rd off regency park I was trying to show my kids and wife what I had experienced growing up cause in Brooksville nobody’s food is close but this deff dropped the ball and has me thinking hopefully they are still the same and this is just a onetime uhoh. I hate leaving reviews but gotta bring it up if anything is expected to change/get better .

I had several bad experiences with Mamma Mia’s before they moved to this current location. So I stopped going. Then they moved to a nice clean place. I tried them once again then had another bad experience. It’s been 2 plus years since I was there. My friend, who is moving asked me to meet her there for our last luncheon. I said ok, I’ll give them one more chance.
I’m glad I did! I was very surprised with how clean the store was I mean it was absolutely spotless! We receded at a table and a nice young lady came over and handed us our menus and asked us if we would like something to drink. I ordered iced tea and my friend ordered lemonade. We were the only ones in the store at the time so after we get our drinks, she asked us have we decided what we wanted and we said no we need just a little bit more time now so just give us a couple more minutes and so she said OK I’ll be right back. We finally decided and we waited about 10 minutes before she finally came back over and another couple came in and sat at another table. She got their drink orders and turned it in and then finally came back over to us and asked if we decided, and we said yes, and during this time after she took our order, several more people came in, so about five tables were full of people. There was only the one waitress and she had to deal with all five tables plus the register and answer the phone and bring out the food so we had to wait a little bit of time, but she did hurry and bring out the garlic knots which I will tell you were the absolute best I have ever had ever! The garlic knots could have been my meal they were that delicious! Our food came out and we were happy with our selection. I had the baked ziti. It was very good very tasty and went very well with the garlic knots. My friend had a calzone which was very good as well. We were empty on our drinks and we never were checked on by our waitress because she was too busy waiting tables ringing people up and running back-and-forth to the other tables. She finally came over and asked if we needed a refill we said yes she brought that out and disappeared. We never saw her again. Finally after about 15 20 minutes, she came back out to our table and asked if we needed anything else and we said yes, we’ll have dessert. I ordered the brownie and my friend ordered a cannoli. My brownie was dry and hard like it had been old and it was very disgusting. The cannoli was very good. When it was time to check out the waitress finally brought our receipt over we paid and even though not due to her fault, we did give her a decent tip. I think management should’ve had another associate out there to assist her so that everyone could’ve been taken care of properly. But after we paid, we sat for a little bit longer and we talked a Little longer because as I mentioned she was moving and that would be the last time I would see her. You think that they would have come to offer us maybe some water while we were sitting and talking but no, we were completely ignored and as we left, there was no thank you for coming in. All in all it wasn’t a bad experience, and I only gave it a four because of the lack of attention and the dried brownie other than that, I would’ve given a better rating. I may go back another time only for the garlic knots because like I said they were absolutely phenomenal!
