I ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash after seeing their ad on Instagram, and I’m honestly really disappointed. The food looked amazing in the promotion, which is what convinced me to try it, but the actual experience did not match the hype at all.
I ordered the lasagna, which was $28, and it was extremely overpriced for the quality. It tasted bland, like it was just thrown together without much care or seasoning. The layers weren’t well balanced, and overall it just didn’t feel like something worth nearly thirty dollars.
For that price, I expected rich flavor, quality ingredients, and something that felt authentic. Unfortunately, it missed the mark. Definitely won’t be ordering again. Look out for more reviews from Taste to Takiya

The cheese pizza was amazing. Their table bread had a really good texture and flavor. The waitress was attentive until it was time for the check. For some reason, we had to wait almost 20 minutes after we were done eating to request a check. Other than that we had a great time.

First time here, it was great to hear all employees welcome us in. They first serve really delicious bread, We ordered Mussels as appetizers and it came together with entrees we were disappointed with Mussels super salty…. I ordered lasagna it was good, one of my friend ordered carbonara it was really delicious. A little pricey but big portions.

My husband and I had dinner at Mamma Lucia’s College Park Md. The chicken parmesan and spaghetti carbonara were delicious and large portions. Also had a caesar salad and house salad which were included as part of the meal and the garlic bread. The service staff were very attentive and kind and checked on us periodically if we needed anything. The booth was comfortable that we sat in. We will be coming back.

Ordered the Chicken Alfredo for takeout. It was delicious and the portion was just right but it was a bit on the higher end pricey side almost like a luxury restaurant. Could be just as good for a few dollars less and they’d get more orders for it from customers.

I have never been disappointed with Mama Lucia’s until yesterday. While the taste of their pizza was still delicious, the toppings were very very sparse. I ordered a large double sausage which we have order plenty of times previously. There was barely enough sausage to cover 2 of the slices, not to mention the thin layer of cheese.. Had I picked it up I would have mentioned it then but my son did. Although disappointed I do hope this was a one time only experience. We will see.

We were very impressed with this Italian restaurant. Out of towners visiting for spring break. The service was fast and friendly. Comfortable, inviting atmosphere. Food was AMAZING. Definitely recommend.

We had delivery. Worst Italian meal I’ve ever had. I was terribly disappointed. The salad was only iceberg lettuce and croutons, no vegetables. The tomato bread was charred and had no flavor, the two pastas (white & red) had no sauce & no flavor and were meager (seems smaller than angel hair). I took one bite and tossed the whole thing out and made myself a sandwich instead. Also, the portions were small, not enough for a regular size man to feel full.
