Amazing restaurant. Lunch menu is nice and the food was amazing. Very inexpensive lunch menu. Service was great, staff extremely attentive and pleasant. Ordered the fettuccine alfredo with chicken. Wonderful flavor. The area is majestic and the sights are pleasant. I would highly recommend! Want to come back for dinner sometime and try the lasagna.

Michelle was a delightful server, attentive and eager to make your meal a memorable occasion. Delicious Chicken Marsala and Piccata, perfect al dente’ pasta and was accommodating to diet restrictions. Lovely wooden carved bar from Europe added to ambience.Nice wine list, and goodness yum… the tiramisu and the cannoli were outstanding. We will definitely return next trip to this AVA.

Chicken Marsala and Lasagna will not disappoint!
My wife ordered the Caesar salad with chicken and shrimp and said it was the best she’s ever had in her life. Now that’s saying something!
Definitely try the bread. Incredible as well.
The owner is so welcoming and you can tell he takes pride in this business he has built!

Best Italian food I’ve had in a long time. The flavors are absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is pleasant, warm, and inviting. They have a full bar, a nice wine list, and beer on tap, as well as bottled. The staff is amazingly nice and attentive.

What a great ‘discovery’ in Dayton! It’s easy to bypass this small town with so much activity, restaurants, etc in nearby McMinnville, but we’re certainly glad we made it to Mamma Italia! Great menu with wonderful Italian ‘comfort food’ along with specialties and other items. Short but excellent Italian wine list as well!
Service staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable with great recommendations.
Generous portions!
Definitely returning to try more of their delicious authentic recipes and dishes.

Best tiramisu ever! And the cheesecake with caramel sauce was outstanding. Service was perfect, prices moderate, and ambiance very nice. The entrees-chicken and salmon dishes- were sauced beautifully. The salt was lighter than I’m used to…is my only comment.

All I can say is WOW! being a Dayton native and coming back to discover this gem… Amazing. My boyfriend and I went here tonight and got some of the most amazing service. The food was spectacular and getting the spaghetti with meat balls steeped in the house sauce was a choice I’ll never regret. It was absolutely superb with the best service and prices!!! You will never need Olive garden agian! Mamma Italia is all you need and more!

The food quality is poor and portions are ridiculously small. My family ordered take out from them and we were done within minutes. The chicken was as thin as paper, the shrimp scampi had 5 shrimp, and the clams were the size of dimes. The prices are outrageous for such small amounts of food and we now have to go get something from a different restaurant.

My girlfriend and I ate here for our anniversary. I’m happy that she seemed to enjoy her food, but the portions of food are obscene for their prices, as in very small portions for a rather high prices. I order the veal something, it wasn’t very good, tasted soured smothered with salt and I ended up getting sick. The waiter was…. adequate…? Though I don’t like people speaking to me while they are walking away outside of a restaurant let alone in.
