The service was amazing from the moment we walked in to when we left. The food was okay. Only issue was there must of been a private event where they were smoking cigar so as soon as you walked in the smell of cigar smoke was very strong. i could over hear other customers stating that same. As an asthmatic it was really hard to enjoy my time and dinner, but I was so hungry and wanted to eat. Home now and need an asthma treatment. My recommendation is when an event like that is going on they shouldn’t be open to the public. Will not be back.

Food is really old school Italian authentic, really nice and clean, service was great, food was great. The only thing that annoyed us was that they charge you to use your credit card. I would have liked them to give us an option, normally I don’t carry cash, but if I would’ve known I would’ve paid cash. why should I have to pay to use my credit card.

Two out of the three meals were not so good. The grilled octopus was good. The special cocktails were good. Our server, Oscar, was decent, but then he disappeared. The other server was not so accommodating. Several items on the menu were not available. We asked for a small amount of cheese for the leftover pasta, and that became a problem. Mind you, we spent over $175 for three, and only two of us had drinks. I do not recommend this place.

Dishes, I had veal francese, came with a house salad and choice of vegetables or pasta.
The bread was fresh and warm.

We came in at 5 PM on Friday, September 11. The waiter was rude, totally disinterested and did the minimum he could. We were a party of three I ordered the stuffed chicken, which was totally inedible. It tasted like cardboard and it could not even be cut with a knife. My cousin ordered shrimp franchese Which had fried shrimp. The shrimp was breaded with the tails on. Again, a surprise, not pleasant with each bite as she had to take the shrimp out of her mouth to get rid of the tail. I know this is a local restaurant and people like it, but I have to tell you the meal was unacceptable. We did not complain loudly. We did mention to the Person who seated us as we were leaving that it was an unacceptable meal. There was no comment.

I feel bad giving a bad review because the server was so nice and the restaurant has a nice ambiance. However my margarita pizza was terrible. It had a weird smell (like feet or moldy cheese) and tasted terrible. I ended up not eating it. Perhaps I got a bad one? I assume the pasta dishes are much better.

We threw a 70th birthday dinner for my father in law and everything was exceptional! The owner is very accommodating, he let us bring a DJ, we decorated their party room and everything came out as we imagined! Everyone enjoyed the open bar, the sangria in particular was a “hit” and let’s not talk about the food….exquisite!!! From the first course to the main! Definitely coming back again for another family gathering. Thank you Oscar and to the server very kind and attentive!

As a first time customer at Mama Francesca’s I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I actually attended a 80th dinner birthday celebration for my great aunt. Which to say to the least was well planned and executed by both my cousin Joanie and the staff ⭐️
The ambiance was beautiful and the food prepared by chef Nick was phenomenal. I would definitely give the experience a 10/10. The waitress and waiter were very attentive to the party and courteous! Every request was met, including the request to adjust the room temperature to ensure that the dinner party was comfortable. More than ever I will definitely be visiting Mama Francesca’s in the very near future!
