Love this place for multiple reasons. One day I got out of work late and didn’t realize they were closing. Instead of turning me away they made me my order when they didn’t have to. Rafael is such a welcoming owner , paired up with Griselda who makes you feel like you have a second mom. Food was perfect and presented even better when I sat down.

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the lovely staff with a genuine smile and authentic greeting. You don’t find that just anywhere. I have been eating out since I was a kid to restaurants and I would know as a waitress I have first hand experience. The food was authentic Dominican cuisine. Every dish was incredible. You definitely have to come check out this place! The red snapper was to die for and the mangu finger licking ! All that food was only 37$ . Listen, if you are looking for AUTHENTIC dominican food, this is THE ONLY spot in Stamford. The staff is dominican and the atmosphere is dominican. Not like other spots where you got staff making food from a country they don’t even have roots in. The food tastes like how mom makes, with all the sazon and care she puts and that’s saying alot.
