Hadn’t been in awhile. They’ve added some new things to the menu. But sad that they no longer carry my garfish. That is what I usually get. What we ordered was all delicious. The waitress was so sweet and accommodating. They have redone the inside and out. It looks really great.

Mambo Seafood — The food was okay and the service was good, but unfortunately, I didn’t feel safe. While we were sitting at the outdoor tables, a homeless man came in asking everyone for money. He looked very dirty, and none of the employees did anything about it. It made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. I hope the restaurant takes better care of the safety and comfort of their customers in the future

With Mambo’s, you can’t miss—it’s one of those places you either love or you don’t. For me, I love it, and I’m loyal to my favorites. I’ve tried different things on the menu, but my go-to never changes: raw oysters. Believe it or not, Mambo’s was the first place I ever tried them, and now I can’t eat them any other way. I load them up with lime, habanero, salt, and michelada sauce, mix it all together in a bowl, and it’s perfection.
I also always order the Mambo-style shrimp and shrimp fried rice, paired with a cold michelada. Today, I even asked for boiled shrimp—not on the menu, but they still brought it out—and I enjoyed it the same way as the oysters.
The only downside today was the service. Our server wasn’t really listening, and she kept forgetting things, so the service was a bit questionable. Still, the food was on point, the oysters were fresh, and overall, it was a good visit.
Bottom line: I’ll keep coming back. When it comes to Mambo’s, I know what I like, and they always deliver.

I ordered a tray of special fried rice, a flan, and a drink for my boyfriend while I went out of town. Flan is his favorite dessert of all time and I was going to surprise him with it after his terrible day.. but then it just got worse. The surprise turned out to be just another disappointment. It had mold on it. Who knows how long that flan had been there for it to start growing, but it tells me that they do not do food checks of their not made daily items let alone the quality of the food before it is sent out to customers. We order from Mambos once every few weeks and this makes it very difficult to trust the quality of this company given that their integrity has been completely destroyed by this very eye opening experience. I did call and report and they gave some sort of solution, but it is very difficult to trust something when this sort of thing happens.. very very disappointing

We were very disappointed with the service provided. This just made our dinner unpleasant. 1) we went to sit at the bar area and the 1st waitress took our drink order to go. 2) the 2nd waitress brought out our appetizer with no utensils and no plates. 3) Now the 3rd waitress took our dinner order and fixed it up to go. Here we are enjoying our drinks and we’re being pushed out the door. Not sure why they decided to give us a to go order but we were still enjoying our drinks. So with this all said, the wait staff needs to attend the customer and leave the MEN drinking at the bar alone. Very Disappointed!!!

We have been to mambos numerous times, but never had service like this day on 2/16/2026. The service we had to get up and look for her we even had to ask other once for stuff. We would ask for side stuff like like or butter for the crawfish she would I guess forget and I would have to repeat myself. The crawfish was over cook as well. Then when the bill came everyone got there bill we were 5 adults and 2 kids 4 years old and 6 years old. Then what we see the tip was included in the bill. First the service was not good and she forgot my friends food as well that she had to reorder. Then she expect us to pay her the tip on the receipt. Then I read the bottom this is a scam it clearly said tip will be added for party’s of 8 and more. That was not even us. And we went to the front to cash out with the manager and they still questioning what was the issue. Clearly the top should have not been included and no question on why we want to remove it or decrease it. But yes we explain it to manager. But I hope ya not doing this to other people adding too when they are not even 8 people plus with bad service as we got.

I love Mambos food. I’ve been going here for years and it never disappoints. The fried rice is a must – the flavors are on point! I’ve had so many other items, and they’ve all been fantastic. My go-to is the mambo shrimp – it’s spicy, garlicky, and will definitely keep the vampires away! Good place for loud groups, watch soccer games and drink an ice cold michelada.
