First time here with my girl. Plenty of booths and tables with no waiting. Place was busy for a Thursday afternoon. They have a Bar with seating around it. Plenty of televisions showing various sports including this night Hockey and Plenty of outdoor seating. The waitress was Friendly n Courteous but didn’t check in on us to offer refills cause we had to wave her down on more than one occasion. We had the number one Mambo classic with fried fish, fried shrimp, the number seven the Sliced sautéed octopus which both dishes come with shrimp fried rice and a biscuit. The food was served Hot, Fresh and Delicious. The Octopus was not too chewy but, if you like it try it. Overall a Wonderful time. Will be back.

Jose was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. He kept checking up on us throughout the entire meal to make sure everything was perfect, which we really appreciated.
He was very efficient and organized, and you can tell he truly cares about providing great service. Everything came out smoothly, and he made the whole experience even better.

Food was delicious and quantity was huge. I ordered a platter for $19.99, fried fish, shrimp, crawfish, 1 stuffed shrimp and rice. Rice is beyond delicious. Moist, plump veggies and bursting with flavor. Seafood fried golden and crunchy. Margarita tasty and one is enough (fuerte).

I have been going here off and on for over 10 years. The food is a cross between Mexican style and Cajun. It is absolutely delicious. They do get really busy because the food is so good. Great for people who eat alone all the way up to large groups. I think they should open a location in Spring or The Woodlands myself.

Love the Mambo Style Shrimp! Oysters are always fresh and the mambo style fried rice is absolutely the best has a ton of shrimp, chicken and pork huge chunks of all those meats at a very reasonable price.
