First, everything was AMAZING!!!
I hope that everyone gets to enjoy the Birria Nacho’s , I will order it every time, the consistency was perfectly matched with ballpark style nachos at the bottom and fresh pico on top, with generous potions off Birria meet on top, also the freshness of a sliced avocado with sour cream was perfect. Everyone at the table tried stealing my dish, but my son ordered the amazing Quesobirria dish with the broth(consume) to dip his super cheesy trio into, so we had a deal worked out to share the au-jus. So either have a friend to share the Birria au-jus, or ask if they can add it a la carte!

TikTok brought me here and I was a big fan, I will be coming back. I got a pork taco and a chorizo taco, I highly recommend the pork, super flavorful. The sauce on the side was also super tasty.

After riding past Mambo food truck for a long time and always seeing customers, I decided to stop and try it. When I tell you the friendly customer service was top level. Manuel suggested dishes for me, he guided me with my order, he even gave me a sample of Jamaican Water to see if me and my mom would like it. I will be going back for the food and the welcoming family feeling customer service. You should too!

Hands down the BEST MEXICAN AND SALVADORIAN FOOD SPOT. Got the Quesa-Birria tacos, and the CONSOME was the best tasting consome I had. It’s hard to find a great spot with authetic mexican/salvadorian food, but it is safe to say that we have found it. Their tacos are freshly made, and the tortillas are made freshly made by hand. I’m definitely coming back for more! YOU WILL LOVE THE CONSOME I PROMISE YOU!! 10/10 WITH THAT SPICY RED SALSA.

I used to love eating mambos, but they don’t have prices listed and they will constantly charge different amounts for the same thing. They charge you extra just because you don’t know what price you’re truly paying and they get upset when you order online, I guess because you can see pricing? The food is good, the meat is pretty fatty though but that is the only issue food wise. The green sauce is amazing. It’s a bummer because I don’t like to be ripped off especially when I tip well.

My husband and I used to eat here frequently but we no longer will. We usually always get the same order and it’s always a different price (sometimes lower $20s, sometimes over $30). You can’t argue because they don’t have prices listed anywhere. Horchatas are usually around $4, sometimes $6 for the same size. It’s unfortunate that they won’t be honest and list the prices. The food is alright though. The meat is a bit fatty but the pork pupusas are so good.
