All new people behind the counter. Ordered a large pizza. Lady says 15 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later. Employees dazed and confused. No pizza is not even in the oven yet. We left hungry.

I love going to Mama’s. They have the best roasted red peppers and marinated mushrooms.
I enjoy their tomato sauce and most of their pasta. It is just an old school pizza joint setting, but has a true Italian Family thing going on. Good people. They also hand fill canoli.

Since I’ve moved around the area two years ago this is my go to place, not only for pizza, but cheesesteaks, soups, hoagies, everything is outstanding. I ordered a cheese steak tonight, when I got home to my suprise not only did the cheesesteak look great as always, but they threw in some fries. The kitchen crew there does a phenomenal job, and the service is top notch. I’m glad to have this place 2 minutes away! Thank you and will order again next week! Lol

We have ordered through here for years at least once a week. Ordered tonight was told 45 minutes. After an hour, we called and they said they were on their way. An hour and 15 minutes later, we called and they said again they were on their way, called again at an hour and a half and were told AGAIN they were on their way. My husband told them to cancel the order and I could hear the guy yelling at my husband on the phone. I understand things happen, I get being short staffed but where is the customer service? If we knew it was going to take that long, we would have juat ran and picked it up but figured we could get a few things done while waiting for the delivery. We used to love ordering from there but in the recent months, their service has really changed. I really hope things go back to how they were becauae we really enjoyed it here.

I’ve supported this lol local business for 2 years now. Not anymore. I place orders through slice app. I have a large family so I order catering trays. It’s on their menu. So why call me now to tell me now after 2yrs of ordering numerous different trays hundreds of dollars later “we need 48hrs for a catering tray”. Hey people take it off your menu if you can’t handle it. Foods normal good but this gave me the worst taste in my mouth. Good luck
