We have always loved Mama’s pizza, from the day they opened their food has been consistently delicious. Today I decided to leave a review. I haven’t been here in a while because I can’t eat gluten anymore and I didn’t realize they have gluten free pizza. I decided to give it a try. Not only was my pizza absolutely delicious but the care they took to avoid cross contamination was absolutely amazing. My pizza was baked in a separate foil pan and then it also came with a sealed pizza cutter labeled gluten free. The service? Fantastic. The food? Always perfect. I love this place and so does my entire family.

This is what I received from my cheesesteak delivery from Mama’s today. This was after I just got done bragging to my dinner guest that Mama’s had the best cheesesteak in town. I called to inform them and got hung up on. No meat. And what was there tasted freezer burned. I’m done. What a shame.

Ordered food for delivery. Delivery never showed. Was told by Mama’s not their problem. Told it was door dash. But it was Uber who picked up the food. Uber tells me it’s Mamas problem mamas it’s the delivery problem. Will not order delivery again. So now to fight with my bank for the $47. Back. Be aware when ordering delivery.

Probably fine if you’re the same persuasion as the staff. If not, good luck. You can expect to call in your order, arrive when they said to, stand there for half an hour while they ignore you, finally greet you after taking good care of the doordash driver who walked in a moment ago, and then hand you food that was sitting there on the counter since you came in.

Actually I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. I ordered a medium pizza with just extra sauce. The sauce was nothing but salt and I will never pay over $14 again for that slop. Terrible pizza. Although thier Italian subs are the best around.
