The best pierogi I’ve ever had! Great portion size (6 count) and delicious. Not big on sausage, but the polish sausage was great. Super friendly guy serving up the food. I could eat these every day if I lived in Glenwood.

A perfect meal after Drinking at Casey Brewing & Blending. First time having a Pierogi and I was blown away with this delicious meal. The price was on point especially for the area. Service was fast and staff were friendly. Parking is hit or miss on accessibility. Overall if you want a delicious beer go to Casey’s across the way after grabbing a couple of these delicious items.

If you’re craving the best pierogi, this food truck is an absolute must-visit! For Europeans, it’s a nostalgic trip back to childhood, with perfectly doughy, generously stuffed pierogi that taste just like home. And for Americans—if you haven’t tried pierogi yet, you’re seriously missing out! These little dumplings are packed with flavor, whether you go for the classic potato and cheese, and meat. Fresh, handmade, and served with love—this is comfort food at its finest. Highly recommended!

Everything was absolutely delicious! I especially want to mention the apple cider, it was amazing, one of the best I’ve ever had. The pierogi were also very tasty, fresh, and perfectly made.
We were also very lucky to have a very kind and pleasant cashier, which made the experience even better.
Overall, everything was on the highest level.

We stopped by for a quick snack after noticing how incredible it smelled the night before when we walked past. We ordered a half-and-half, and even though it was barely noon, they had already run out of a few menu items—after eating, we completely understood why!
Sadly, we walked back to our car without taking a picture, but they truly were picture-perfect, exactly what you’d expect to see in a cookbook. The traditional farmer cheese and potato was just as I hoped, and the jalapeño, cheese, and potato was equally fantastic.
My husband and I have traveled quite a bit, and not even in Pittsburgh have we tasted anything like what we had here. We topped ours with sour cream and caramelized onions—though I wish I had added the bacon too!
If you’re hungry and in Glenwood Springs, especially if you’re walking under the bridge (and by the way, the scenery is beautiful), don’t miss this spot!

A local’s special treat! At the farmer’s markets, first Fridays, private parties, massive events up and down the valley, if we are lucky we get to have pierogis! The beautiful family that owns and operates Mama’s Pierogi’s use thoughtful and special order ingredients to create a homemade meal that never disappoints!

Fantastic! We had 3 varieties of pierogi :the beef, farmers cheese and potato, and the cheddar jalapeño potato. With onions and sour cream. The flavors were great and the staff was extremely friendly
The location is in the heart of the pedestrian friendly part of downtown. Picnic tables are available by the truck for eating.

Not sure why the food has to be drowned in oil like that. There was way too much oil, to the point it completely overpowered the dish
