The Bun Bo Hue, Pho Tai, Pork Spring Rolls was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was clean and cozy. Even our takeout order was packaged perfectly and just as fresh and delicious at home. The Vietnamese iced coffee was excellent and completed a fantastic experience.

The pho itself was VeRy good, it hit all the notes and it was hot and you feel relaxed and nourished when you’re drinking it.

My grandparents who were with me got a fried noodle dish and a seafood noodle dish, which were good but not as good as the pho.

We also got
egg rolls and spring rolls, which were definitely good.

P.s

The chili flake served for adding to the pho (along with generous fresh basil, sprouts, jalapeno and lime) is QUItE potent so be careful with that.

Delicious.

If I lived locally I’d visit often.

We always have an excellent experience at Mama’s Pho in Malta. All of their dishes, from appetizers to soups, are consistently flavorful and comforting, and every visit leaves us wanting to come back! The pho and wonton soup are rich and flavorful, the crab rangoon is perfectly fried—crispy yet moist inside—and the summer rolls are fresh and delicious. Their Mi Kho is a must-try; hands down the best dry noodles around Upstate NY. We’ve already been here five times, and each time the food and service have been wonderful. Definitely one of our favorite spots! ⭐️

Honestly one of the best meals I have had in a while. The broth from both the pho and bun bo hue were deep in flavor and hearty. The marinated meat was perfectly seasoned and paired beautifully with the rice. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. Definitely will be coming back here.

[updated Jan 2026] since last August, I have visited Mama’s Pho for 5 times. The quality of Bun Bo Hue is decreasing. The first time, as pictures show, there were pork feet and pork blood block which was authentic. However, since then, they used process meat to replace pork feet and pork blood stuff. $18.99 + tax is not cheap for a noodle soup so it’s kinda disappointing to see that change. Also, one time, their spicy sauce became so irritating. It tasted like artificially made sauce in instant noodle sauce pack.

It has one of the best Bun Bo hue I had in the US. Their home made spicy sauce adds more level of tastes and it’s not too salty to overwhelm original taste.

Unbelievable! This place has the best pho in the entire Albany and Saratoga area! The rolls were delicious, and the marinated beef was amazing, but the pho was absolutely out of this world! The flavor was incredibly rich, and the vegetables were so fresh that I was genuinely surprised.

The staff and the owner were super friendly, and you could really feel their passion for what they do. Today, I tried three different dishes, and every single one was fantastic. This place has definitely earned my trust!

Everyone, do yourself a favor and come try their pho—it’s a must! I couldn’t be happier with my meal today!

(I stopped by again on another day for dinner and tried a new menu item out of curiosity. It was a curry chicken dish, or a dish with chicken in curry, and it was incredibly delicious! They suggested dipping crispy bread into the soup, and wow! It was so tasty! The chicken was also so incredibly tender, making it yet another delicious dish!)

best pho around! it’s already hard to find a pho place, but a good pho place is even harder. The servings for pho were big and I cannot imagine what the extra large size even looked like, the vegetarian option was my favorite and added in some jalapenos and chili oil. Everyone there was so nice as well.

If you’re looking for amazing Vietnamese food, Mamas Pho House is the place to go! Everything we ordered was hot, fresh, and tasted homemade. We had the Beef Pho, marinated grilled beef with steamed white rice, shrimp spring rolls, Crab Rangoons, Thai iced tea, and iced coffee. Each dish was absolutely delicious! The broth in the pho was rich and flavorful, the grilled beef was perfectly seasoned, and the spring rolls were fresh and crisp. Even the drinks were spot on! Prices were great, and the quality was top notch. 10/10 recommended—I highly recommend this spot to everyone!

I ate lunch at Momma Pho’s House the other day. We both ordered spring rolls and the most delicious beef pho I’ve had upstate in a long time. The place is super cute, simple, and unassuming. Great service and when they say “extra large” on the soup? Know they mean extra large. The best part was that I brought some home and just went to reheat it, and it came out in a clump – meaning it’s made with bone broth! No extra charge, just delicious home made bone broth. Not only delicious but soooo good for you. Will definitely go again.
