I can’t say enough how much we appreciated Mama’s Kitchen for our Thanksgiving luncheon. We called & she already had 4 dinners to prepared & still took our order for a taco buffet. Everyone said how great the food was & how much they enjoyed it. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Eating at Mama’s is just like eating in your mama’s or auntie’s kitchen. We’ve always been treated like family and the casual atmosphere lets us relax as we wait eagerly for our favorite meals. My favorite dish is the chicken bacon ranch salad and my daughter’s is the turkey cucumber wrap. This is our favorite lunch spot! So many great food options and incredible staff!

I visited NC multiple times in the mid 90’s as I was building a house in Rougemont. My husband and I ate here every time I stepped off the plane. They have the best hamburgers on this planet. Our waitress was so charming and you really feel like you’re in your Mama’s cozy kitchen. I’m so happy to see it’s still open.

If you haven’t checked out this little hidden gem then you’re missing out the service is incredible, the atmosphere is amazing (I felt like I was at home) but the best part is the amazing food. The chef truly cares about serving amazing food and it shows it the flavor.

Buyer Beware!!! If you are a Christian beware of this place. I was praying and some random woman that works here pinches my shoulder and then mocks saying “amen brother” in a sarcastic tone. The restaurant was a mess. When I walked in the door, they looked at me like I had three heads. One of the customers was saying weird stuff. When I went to pay, I felt rushed and the same woman yanked my card out of my hands. I had to break a 10 dollar bill to pay a tip and she yanked that too. The food was the only good part. People, environment, service, and the food make or break these businesses. Plus, the bonus round of being gaslit too. Be careful y’all.

Let me start by saying that Aja has became a wonderful asset to Archdale/Trinity community. She is a woman hustler and pumps up other women that owns a business. She is motivational and a hard worker. I could not say enough about her. Except her food and staff are the best! Lets not forget she caters! She will not let you down! Love them!
