One star is because most of the food tasted good and the girl who took our order was nice. The restaurant was freezing cold, so cold we wore our coats to eat and my nose was running. We waited for 40 min for our food and there were only a couple people in the restaurant with a couple others who came in to pick up pizzas. The calzone was so thin, too thin. Our food came out at different time and it was 15 mins between when the first and last meals came out. We tried to wait but the food was getting cold. There were no paper towels in the bathroom and the hand dryer didn’t work. Only one napkin dispenser in the whole restaurant had napkins. It was such a disappointment. I remember it being amazing when I was younger.

My husband and I just ate here for the first time, we ordered the buffalo wings and a large meat lovers. The wings were great, im wondering if the sauce was homemade as it didnt really taste like buffalo, but still they were delicious and did have heat. I was very impressed with the pizza (im not the biggest pizza fan), but wow it was really really good and the slices are huge. Forgot to get a pic of the wings before I demolished them.

I decided to try Mama’s Famous Pizza after hearing so many great reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
I placed an order through Uber Eats and opted to pick it up. When I arrived, the employee told me it would be about 10 minutes. I waited patiently… but 30 minutes went by with zero updates. My food was just sitting there on the counter. When I finally went up to ask, he casually said, “Sorry, we were out of ranch so we sent someone next door to get more.”
Instead of simply communicating that to me, he left me waiting for half an hour. When I expressed how frustrating that was, he literally threw the food at me and tossed me a cannoli as his way of “apologizing.” I asked if I could at least get a soda to take home, and he filled a cup halfway and threw that at me too.
When I got home, the order was completely wrong. They gave me a tiny portion of a completely different pizza than what I ordered and didn’t even bother telling me they had run out. When I mentioned the missing cheesecake I ordered, he said they were out and just decided on his own to swap it for the cannoli.
To top it all off, the food was honestly terrible—there was even a hair in it. Completely unprofessional, rude, and unhygienic.
Terrible experience all around. I won’t be coming back.

Best pizza in town. Every time we come here, our service is quick and friendly, the food is hot and made fresh to order, and it’s absolutely delicious. We really love the atmosphere here. It’s so relaxing and a reminder of simpler times. I recommend it to friends and they always rave about it!

It’s back open again. Still old and dark atmosphere as 30+ years ago, but the calzones are still excellent and the pizza is good. Very slow service and always a long wait for food, so order ahead and pick up. Lunch special is still as good as ever.

We had a group of 11. We ordered the big pizza and some salads. We kept watching people order and receive their pizza. After an hour we asked about the salads. They made one. At an hour and a half, We asked about the pizza. They said it would be another 15 min. We checked again after 15 min and noticed a pizza being made. We asked if it was ours, and they said yes. The other salads then came to our table. We told the staff that we felt we had been put to the side. They agreed that we had been put to the side. We were given our pizza for free. It only took 7 minutes to cook but over 2 hours to get it. The bottom was burned.
Their machine was broken, so they were only accepting cash or Zelle. I was not impressed with the place.

Cute old school decor. Slow to cook but very friendly staff and worth the wait. Canzone, knots and pizza were all amazing. The roasted tomatoes were incredible. Huge portions on pizza and calzone.

VERY generous servings. We ordered a small calzone, a slice of pizza, and an order of baked ziti, and it was all more than enough for us to all share.
We barely put a dent in the ziti, although we finished off the garlic bread it came with. We still have a good part of the calzone and pizza slice left over, and at least half of the ziti.
I’m definitely not complaining, though. They’ll make some great leftovers!
