I absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere is amazing, very cozy and thoughtfully designed every detail feels warm and inviting. The presentation of the food is beautiful, and most importantly, everything is perfectly balanced. The toast was soft, generously topped, and made with so much care. Thank you for not being stingy with the fillings the salmon and avocado were incredibly fresh and plentiful. Nowadays it’s such a common problem to get lots of bread and barely any topping, but not here
The coffee was also very tasty and smooth I truly enjoyed it. A big thank you for such a delicious experience. I’ll definitely be back! ☕ ✨

Lovely place, tastefully decorated, nice atmosphere and helpful staff. Drinks were good – pastries were not. They all looked amazing but disappointed upon tasting. The Kouignamann was dry and stale. The bana bread tasted like someone tried too hard to be too creative and made it taste of something else other than banana. The butter croissant was nice. The cheese and scallion scone was sweet (I expected a savory scone given the ingredients).

We visited the Hudson St. location and had a great experience. Service was fast, and everything we ordered was delicious — the regular hot chocolate and the lavender hot chocolate were amazing. We also had the Papa’s Breakfast Bowl (I added an extra egg for more protein) and an excellent espresso.
What really stood out was the service: when I asked if my lavender hot chocolate could be reheated to go, the server made a brand new one so it would keep its original qualities. That level of care is rare!

and when I tell you that the Belgian waffles I had ordered to accompany the latte …MAN OH MAN the sweet and salty contrast between the two exhilarated my taste buds. And the couch I was sitting on made it sooooo hard to leave the establishment , I was ready for the coziest nap afterwards but alas… the grind continues. Adolpho behind the counter was truly such an inviting and warm presence as well! You can tell that love goes into all that is made at this establishment. To God be the glory ️☦️

My boyfriend invited me to Maman at 205 Hudson St. and treated me to their Hot Chocolate and White Chocolate Raspberry Cookie — and he even brought a Je t’aime cookie home for later. Everything was absolutely incredible! The service was impressively fast and friendly, and the flavors were unforgettable. These are by far some of the best cookies I’ve ever had — rich, perfectly balanced, and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend stopping by for a treat!

A super nice, tidy and super friendly location where to hang outs with friends and your soulmate. Food absolutely insane. And, as I am Italian, what made me think that is a perfect place, was the question that Adolfo made me: You prefer in ceramic or paper (referring to the espresso).
Is absolutely a MUST COME and enjoy the Martha Stuart sandwich, with chicken, apples and bacon! ! Come on newyorkers! This is the place to be!

This particular Maman’s is one of my favorites, I go here often mostly because of the workers more than anything else. The Barista’s here always treat me with such kindness, they’re hazelnut latte is also fantastic if you get a chance to try that I would recommend it!

I stopped in here for a quick lunch, and while the atmosphere and service were lovely, my quiche was cold in the middle and the lavender honey latte was a bit on the bitter side, the lavender overpowering the drink as a whole. Maybe I just visited on an off day. Regardless, the experience was just OK.

Love this place! Stopped by for a coffee and was blown away by the pastries. I got the pineapple coconut croissant, 10/10 for both presentation and taste! Super crisp on the outside, beautifully layered inside, and filled with a refreshing pineapple cream yum yum!
The kitchen sink cookie was also amazing, loaded with ingredients and incredibly satisfying!

Been going here daily for 3 years for a cafe au lait since the Hunter MFA studios are at 205 Hudson. Thank the gods everyone here is so sweet and soft spoken to me (hard to find in big cities) . easily the nicest coffee staff in nyc
