The café is absolutely charming, with a cozy dining area that makes you want to linger. Service was warm, friendly, and impressively quick. The coffee was excellent, and the food was even better. The salmon and cream cheese sandwich was a standout: flavorful, fresh, and surprisingly filling. And don’t miss the pastries: the chocolate cube croissant and pistachio croissant were truly irresistible.
A perfect spot for a delicious breakfast paired with great coffee!

My recent visit to Maman Cafe in New York was absolutely delightful! The atmosphere of the place is simply charming and so welcoming.
The pastries were exceptional. I highly recommend the Everything Croissant and the Pistachio Chocolate Croissant – both were incredibly delicious and flaky.
I also tried the Maman Sandwich, which was fantastic and packed with flavor.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I can’t wait to go back!

I love coffee, so let me start here ☕️ I ordered latte with oat milk- omg, so rich and deeply aromatic. It makes you actually pause and become present.
The overall space is super cute and cozy with a Frenchy vintage vibe. There is a secret garden—quiet and unexpectedly calming. Everything about Maman has that “home away from home” energy—welcoming and thoughtfully designed.
The service was great, and food tasty and fresh. The smashed avocado toast with sourdough bread was amazingly delicious!

Came in with friends. Had the blueberry, goat cheese scone- get it warmed. I had the Martha stewart apple cider- it was delicious!! I had the pumpkin pie matcha- it was ok, but no real pumpkin flavor. The atmosphere was charming.

I looove Maman! I’ve been to a few of their NY spots now and every time feels like a little escape. The decor has that rustic French charm with exposed brick and whitewashed walls, vines draped around the windows, and a mix of farmhouse tables for groups and cozy bistro tables for catch-ups. Their coffee, pastries, and sandwiches always hit the spot.
Pro tip: don’t plan to bring your laptop here. I showed up ready to get some work done only to realize they’re proudly a no-WiFi, no-laptop zone. At first I was caught off guard, but it does fit the vibe, this is a place for slowing down, chatting, or just soaking in the atmosphere.
Overall, it feels like stepping into a Parisian countryside kitchen magically tucked into the middle of NYC. Always a treat and always worth a stop.

I think the setup of the Togo order line versus dine in was a bit confusing upon arrival. One of the workers had to clarify. The freshly baked goods in the window are not included on the dining in menu. Great ambience with a store connected through the backend. Bathroom was very clean and nice. Great pastries, I will definitely go again 🙂
