I’ve been to Maman in Princeton a few times now, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is always warm, cozy, and effortlessly chic — such a great spot to catch up with friends, enjoy a solo coffee date, or even spend a productive work day. It has that perfect balance of calm and creative energy.
This time I ordered the Martha Stewart Pomegranate Punch, the lavender honey latte, and the chickpea & quinoa bowl — and everything was amazing. The punch was refreshing and perfectly balanced, the latte had the most comforting floral sweetness, and the bowl was fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying.
As always, I’ll definitely be back!

Maman is one of the best places in Princeton for breakfast, a quick bite, coffee, or meeting up with friends. The restaurant is beautifully decorated—comfortable, warm, and inviting.
Their bakery items, coffee, soups, and sandwiches are all excellent. Every time I pass by, I find myself stopping in to sit for a while with a latte. If you grab a seat by the large windows, you can enjoy a lovely view of the Princeton street scene.
The hours are also very convenient: Tuesday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6 pm, and Saturday through Monday from 8 am to 4 pm.
Parking is never a concern—even if you forget to bring quarters. There are several indoor parking garages around Princeton University, and most of them are priced similarly to street parking.

Came to the Princeton location for the first time and fell in love! Such a cute place! The matcha latte is so good! Delicious food. I came early morning so it was still empty but as soon at 9am hit, it got packed SO quick. Def recommend coming here. I will be back for sure

The place is French style, big, nice decorated and clean. There are table options for small and big groups. Usually crowded, mostly on weekends. Noise loud, i’d not recommend it for quiet/focus activities.
Service excellent. Kind, fast and respectful. You can take a bottle of water for free with you to your table.

Maman has a lovely, cozy decor with plenty of space and a warm, friendly staff. It’s a nice spot to hang out or grab a bite. The food was decent, but I wasn’t a fan of the cappuccino, just not quite to my taste. Still, worth a visit for the atmosphere and service.

We stopped by in the morning and had a lovely experience. I had elisa‘s breakfast bowl (absolutely delicious!), my daughter enjoyed the Overnight Oats, and my husband went for the pastries – everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We found a cozy table for four, the service was quick and genuinely friendly, and everything – from the food to the space – was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully prepared. A true gem in Princeton for a relaxed and tasty start to the day!

We went for an afternoon “pick me up”. Ordered a cappuccino and it was good but it was the smallest cappuccino I’ve ever had. Their flat white coffee was excellent! We also got their Martha Stewart Streusel Cake and it was SO DRY.

Nice outdoor seatings. Order at the counter and they’ll bring the food to you. Pretty coffee mugs, but the latte and flat white are not as strong as I preferred. The sandwiches are tasty, especially the steak sandwich. Reasonable prices. Can get crowded on the weekends.
