I came here during the summer so the drinks I had was seasonal which I enjoyed the most. The food on the hand….not my fav. The tuna sandwich was a bit bland for my taste and the croissant lox was a bit burnt. Food is pricey as well for what you get. Don’t get me wrong. The place itself is beautiful and gorgeous. It’s just that the food doesn’t live up to it.

Stopped here on a layover and had some of the most exceptional food and even more exceptional service from the staff! Huge shout out to Sandra! Extremely friendly and super helpful, some of the best service I’ve had anywhere in a while. If you’re looking for good food, good people, and a good vibe, i cant recommend this place enough

Really nice cafe for friends meets or casual hangout. The espresso drinks are not bad but their pastry might need more care in serving it as it was cold and a bit stale. Interior is pretty though.

It was our first time and we ordered the heavenly cream tea and a mocha, which were amazing. The hot matcha latte and the iced chocolate matcha latte weren’t really to our taste. A very big plus was how welcoming the place was. After asking if I could have a quiet spot to pray for two minutes, it was no problem at all, so we felt really comfortable and respected. Thank you so much Maman!

had no idea there was a maman here! I came in for breakfast on the way to the train and there was a line of about 10 people in front of me, so pretty busy.
It’s a nice big airy space with plenty of tables and a bathroom in the back. Only two people were working and It seemed like they could have used another set of hands.
The quiche was delicious and pretty big. I liked how they heated it up and it got caramelized on the top. It did take 20 minutes though.
They have so many pastry’s! I been to maman in the city before and the location I went to was smaller and barely had 10% of what this location has. Everything was so fresh. The everything croissant melted in my mouth. It was crispy and flakey and then soft and very rich and buttery. The pistachio chocolate croissant was also just so light and easy to eat, taking one bite it all just melted in my mouth. I will say that the pistachio wasn’t as strong as I would have liked it.
Next time I want to try the pumpkin croissant thing which looked liked a tower of croissant with merengue on top.
I got the matcha pumpkin latter iced and it tasted watered down and too sweet. But I did like the touch of pumpkin to it, I never thought matcha and pumpkin would go together. I wish also that they had the iced drinks in the mason jar like they have pictures of on the menu.
Other than some small details this place is excellent for a satisfying breakfast

I had a really nice experience at Maman in Jersey City. The barista actually took the time to walk me through the different coffee options, which I really appreciated. It felt relaxed and genuine, not rushed at all. Definitely coming back- hazelnut latte a must !!!

walking into the place was absolutely stunning and didn’t wait too long for seating but the service was absolutely terrible. the server we had rolled her eyes and huffed because i decided to change sparkling water to tap water…? and then we had waited 20 minutes to order because we had to call one of the servers over, the entire time we had food the servers did not check on us once.. and actually even avoided us so we wouldn’t call on them. i would over take out instead of dining in unfortunately. over the food was great but terrible customer service!

The customer service was incredible! I’ve been to plenty cafes, but this one was amazing! I highly recommend the Cortado plain. You can really taste the essence of the coffee and the art is beautiful! Sandra and Gless were fantastic. Can’t wait to come here again!

Very underwhelming experience. The service was extremely slow, they took 15 minutes to get my order after seating me, and it was not easy to get their attention. The food was not great either. I got the potato gratin tart, which was burnt around the edges and on the bottom. I also got a pecan streusel cake slice, which was served cold and dry. I requested for it to be warmed, but it was barely room temperature when they brought it back. Not moist at all, very disappointing. Overall, I think it was too overpriced for the kind of experience they offered. The ambience is pretty, but it happened to be really noisy the day I visited.
