We needed a break from pasta so we decided to get some mexican food on our first night in Genoa. Food was really good and staff were very friendly! Make sure you get a side of the green salsa, it’s creamy, spicy and pairs perfectly with the tacos! Vegetarian options as well which we always appreciate.

This was honestly the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. The place was a mess, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Communication was tough since they didn’t speak English, but thankfully the waitress spoke Spanish, so I could at least communicate with her.
The beef burrito was cold and very bland with barely anything inside. The sides were laughable—three tortilla chips and the smallest portion of rice I’ve ever seen. They were also incredibly stingy with sauces. I asked for one sauce and got a completely different one, hoping it would help me choke down the burrito.
The chicken fajitas were slightly better, but the menu advertised them with rice, and they came with cold flour tortillas instead. When I asked the waitress about it, she said they’re made differently and not to pay attention to the menu. If it’s going to be different, don’t advertise it that way.
The waitress was kind and clearly doing her best, so I felt bad since none of this was her fault. Still, the owner seriously needs to step up their game because everything else was just awful.

Good looking place. Waiter not so welcoming. Waitresses very kind and helpful. Expensive chips and guacamole (10€) for a plate of chips with a spoon of guacamole… almost same price as a quesadilla.. disappointed about the final price..

Such an amazing experience! Mamacita’s offers delicious Mexican dishes prepared with care and attention to detail. The flavors were bold without being overwhelming. The staff was courteous, and the environment was warm and inviting. Highly recommended for a satisfying and memorable meal.

A great find for soemthing other than Italian good. Tacos were good, chicken was our favourite. Mixed fajitas were a huge portion, so great value and very filling. Sangria was fresh and very pleasurable to drink.

This place has very good and fresh food. My friends and I come weekly and we love the vibe inside this restaurant! Definitely recommend, the tacos are very good as well and the chicken fajitas. The price is also very reasonable and cheap!
