Our visit to Mama Wing and we cant wait to come back to try more of the menu. Today we had hot & sour soup, crazy spicy pork noodles and Singapore Noodles. The Singapore Noodles were traditional with both BBQ pork and shrimp. Absolutely delicious!

We went into Mama Wing around 4 pm today (Friday). We were immediately greeted and seated. Michelle was our sweet waitress !! Service was amazing & Michelle was so friendly ! We ordered crab Rangoon, Egg Rolls, Hot & Sour Soup, Sweet & Sour Chicken, White Rice & Vegetable lo mein. Everything was delicious!! Highly recommended!

There was one or two tables when we, a party of 6(they knew we were coming) sat. Then all the sudden, they were busy!! Online orders, folks coming to eat. The server, Michelle didn’t miss a beat. She was on top of greeting every person who walked in. And within secs. Food did take a few, but wasn’t terrible. Good and great portions. The engagement even while being slightly swamped.. fantastic. Great job

Mama Wing in Anacortes doesn’t need another review after being listed as the 96th best Chinese restaurant in the nation by Food & Wine Magazine but here is one anyway. Everything here tasted fresh and cooked to order. The vegetables were perfectly crisp-tender, the spicy dumplings were flavorful and the chicken (though I didn’t try it) looked like it was fried perfectly. My favorite was the stirfried green beans and spicy eggplant. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the “crazy good noodles.” The chef does not miss but the noodles just aren’t my thing.
Prices were very reasonable at about $13-$17 a dish. Still the best Chinese food south of Richmond, BC and north of Seattle. I would definitely eat here again and can’t wait to try other menu items!
Be warned though, they are very popular and there may be a wait! But it is well worth it.

My Wife and I love Anacortes and thought we’d try this place as it gets a 4.7 rating.
So we stop for Lunch.
Not busy and we got our order in…General Tsaos Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken.
First off…we Come to Anacortes for the Food and…we were GREATLY disappointed
All I can say is…we can get better food at Panda Express!!!
Both dishes were just okay…nothing special.
The Broccoli that was included with the General Tsao’s was Luke warm and not even cooked with the Chicken.
The same with the Peanuts on the Kung Pao…Just thrown on top!!
Prices were good but quality of the Dishes wasn’t worth stopping for!!
A disappointing visit to the town of Anacortes!
I don’t know how they get such a good rating?
Maybe people are ok with mediocre food?
Won’t be going here again!!
It’s like the Chef gave up and lost their passion for cooking!!!

Thank you to the people who gave good reviews especially about the chicken lollipops cuz that’s what I felt the hankering for and I went and they are delicious, delicious and wonderful. I also got the mixed vegetables and they were perfectly cooked and seasoned. A really great value for the price. I got a bunch. Took home a lot. I was especially pleased with the chicken lollipops. They are as delicious as advertised and came with a sweet chili dipping sauce and a spicy mayo and they’re both delicious and the service was superb. Paul is great and Wing is a wonderful cook and little baby. Raphael is just a joy to see around go and visit this family owned and run place. It is a real treat for the senses and I love that I could sit outside and watch the world go by in the nice cool Summer breeze

Fantastic food and service. Teens love to eat here in groups and they charge separately. Highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent value. Get the green beans, you will not regret it!

Food was delicious! Delicious red bean sesame balls homemade there in the kitchen. Would highly recommend. However the orange chicken although very tasty has a deep red food coloring in it that I wasn’t a fan of. I don’t like red dye #40 in my food (has a lot of negative effects on the body as it’s toxic even though fda approved). The server graciously gave me extra broccoli free of charge (thanks!) but the orange chicken dish only originally came with four pieces. Perhaps that’s how the orange chicken dish is supposed to be but it would be nice if they added more broccoli to give it a little more variety.
