Ordered an XL calzone w/ meatballs and pepperoni through the slice app. Calzone was cold in the center and had large amounts of raw dough. Mistakes happen I get that, however, I first used to slice app to see if they could remedy the situation as the calzone was not edible. Slice asked of i wanted a redelivery, “great, sure.” His next message then said unfortunately the cook said he checked the calzone and it was cooked perfectly. So then I call myself to tell them the situation. The first call I was placed on hold for a few minutes after explaining the situation then the call was ended before anyone returned. So i call back and ask for a new calzone since mine is raw. I was told that i had to drive over the pizzeria (after ordering delivery) to show them my raw calzone, and then and only then, would they fire up a new calzone while I wait. Not even to mention I was moving into a new home the next day had no food in the house ordered delivery so i could continue to pack. The person on the phone seemed to not believe me that the dough was raw, and also adamantly refused to delivery me a new calzone even though i told him i would show the driver the raw dough of my previous calzone. Free delivery, so whats the issue? I paid for my food and got something I couldn’t eat, they didn’t seem to care.

Pizza was ok. Some plain slices were thicker than normal plain slices. Fast service. Friendly staff. Clean dining area with lots of seating. Sufficient parking available.

I usually never have an issue with this pizzeria with my pickup orders but today I got it delivered through the “slice” app. I ordered a pie, wings and a specialty egg plant slice. First off all my wings were drum sticks and when I called, the girl that answered sounded annoyed that I was complaining about it. She Just gave me an “I don’t care attitude”. I usually get half drumsticks half wings. Kool. I was upset and didn’t get to the issue with my specialty slice. It tasted bland and it looked like they just slapped raw ricotta on it after baking it. This was my first time getting an eggplant slice from this pizzeria and never again. Other places actually bake the eggplant and ricotta into the slice not slap it on the top. I added salt pepper and garlic powder after taking the pic. I think I will continue to order from Mario’s for now on. I only order from here because it’s so close to home.

This place is not it. Went there to gram some lunch with my friends. Got Some club or chicken sandwich there was a hair in my sandwich. A day later A get a call from my friend and he said he got food poisoning. Plus they charge mad high prices for subpar food. Please avoid at all cost.
