I have been a loyal customer for as long as I can remember. My family and I dine at your restaurant at least once a week and frequently place takeout orders as well. Because of this, I feel it’s important to share an ongoing concern.
The dining room has been consistently extremely cold due to NO HEAT. Recently, I came in to eat with a friend and could not tolerate sitting in the back area because of the conditions. It was uncomfortable enough that it affected our dining experience.
I find it concerning that a business continues to operate its dining room under these conditions, especially during colder weather. Beyond the impact on customers, I also genuinely feel for the employees who are expected to work in such an environment.
I hope this issue can be addressed promptly, as I enjoy your restaurant and would like to continue dining in comfortably.

I come here a ton. Lived in the city for years near some iconic pizza restaurants that I would frequent, and this pizza is right up there with them in my book. Fresh, great tasting pizza/food/ingredients, always have Manhattan Specials (hard to find up here), and most importantly the owners and staff are great people that deliver a family atmosphere and service with a smile! Thank you!!

We had a cheese burger with fries and Parmesan chicken wings. It was pretty good . The waiter was very attentive and nice. She came around a few times to make sure everything was good.

Portions are HUGE! I ordered the chicken parmesan, which came with salad, garlic knots, a bowl of pasta and two big slabs of chicken, all for under $20. The service was fast and friendly. Michelle is a great waitress. I will definitely be back.

Just passing through the area I stopped in for a bite and to my delight… With a last name like mine I know an exceptional slice of pizza when I have one. The crust is flavorful and is the perfect balance of crispy yet soft. The sauce to cheese ratio is to a perfect balance. Truly a distinguished and exceptional slice of pizza. The service experience is flawless. A warm welcoming family & friendly environment that exuberates a passion and desire to ensure everyone they serve is satfied. Mama Theresa’s food is so fresh and delicious. I have eaten there several times and have always been pleased. i love the variety of pizzas, especially the eggplant! The pasta dishes are seasoned perfectly. They also have many other items on their menu.
The customer service is great, They go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with your order.
The atmosphere is warm, friendly and inviting. I will definitely be revisiting to try other items on the menu.

Food is always delicious here. I usually order take out but ate there for the first time a few weeks ago. The back room is small but very comfortable. And they also have a great wine selection for a small restaurant.

We have ordered take out twice from them. Service was great, food is amazing and prices are more than fair. Servings are hugh! I make my own sauce and meatballs and theirs are just as good as mine. The fettuccini asiago is awesome. Eggplant Parm delicious. I highly recommend them!

Well Worth the drive for us !! Food is fantastic. From the complementary garlic knots, as well as perfectly cooked pizza, —so much flavor —pasta, eggplant, shrimp. Even took out dessert. Already looking forward to going back !!!.
