After driving past Mamma Roberto’s for years we decided to try it last year and it is now our Friday night pizza favorite. The food quality is consistent, the staff pleasant and hard working. We have narrowed our favorites down to a large pepperoni and hot pepper pizza, fried mozzarella and cannoli. The pizza is original and always delicious I would recommend those to anyone. Great local restaurant that has been in Mentor as long as I can remember.

Rick and Renee are both very hard working people. I was Renee’s hairdresser for years, so I got to know them personally, and she made me feel like not just a friend but family. That restaurant is their life. They take great pride in it, have wonderful children that also work very hard to help their family’s business. Renee and Rick are both very generous people . Their food is good, and she has won many awards. The restaurant is clean, and atmosphere very pleasant. I haven’t seen her in years since I had to move back home to Toledo, but I know she hadn’t changed. I’m glad to see your still successful! Take care.

Wow!!! Unbelievable food!!! This place has been a favorite of mine since my singing days here in Ohio way back when! Nicest people in the world and they’d cater events I’d sing at. Today we went and ordered food to take out. They amount of food we received was way above and beyond! The flavor of just the salad is something we can’t get in Nashville. Best ever!!! Every bite is superb and this will be a must on my visits here. Best food ever!!!

I have NEVER had a pizza better than this place. I was actually just headed through the area coming back from vacation and I’m so happy I stopped. The building is nice and clean, very friendly and inviting area. I’ll definitely go back if I’m ever in the area. I got a 12 inch meat lovers pizza for $20 and they are very generous with toppings I must add!

Never disappoints! Aside from the amazing food…because every single item on the menu is ridiculously delicious, every time I pick up an order, the owner is at the front greeting customers, ringing orders, asking questions of his patrons and getting to know each and every person who walks through the front door. Nobody, and I mean nobody, leaves Mama Roberto’s without a smile on their face.

Drove 18 miles to try their food only to discover dining room closed since Covid even though there is a check mark in the google reviews by the “Dine In”…so had to eat off the deck lid of my car.

Got door dash and was astounded to get 3 bags full of food. It was “only” 2 orders but easily enough food for 4. I ordered the taste of Italy w lasagna, veal parm, and garlic olive oil noodles (they lacked enough garlic which was only down side). Everything was good from the flavors of lasagna to the not too salty and very tomatoey marinara. Also a huge salad that is not listed on door dash. Ordered an extra well now I need to eat salad the next few days. Also got plain old spaghetti marinara. Huge portion for $13 plus salad and an immense amount of bread w butter. Everything cost about $50 but the flavors and quantity were well worth it.
