Had to visit this place before it closed. It has been a family favorite for years and we’ve always enjoyed our meals here. Tonight we had a pizza, cheese ravioli, antipasto salad, and I cant remember the other dish. It was delicious and Wayne the magician entertained us while we waited. Overall, the service was great, food was amazing and the memories of old came flooding back. This place is closing on Dec 31 and will be missed. Happy retirement to the Petrillo family.

Excellent square shaped pizza. Best pizza for sure. The people the own it are retiring and it will close at the end of the year so GO before it’s too late!

Lovely little Italian restaurant. They don’t make places like this anymore. The cozy interior with red leather booths greet you before the delicious food.

Small, long time San Gabriel Valley family restaurant. Good southern Italian food varieties. Larger pizzas are cut in squares and easy to share. Service was slow to start but once started it was good and steady. They do serve beer and wine. Opened after 4pm.

Terrible ! Heard so many nice things about them, my husband used to go eat here as a kid so when we heard they were closing we made sure to go . Drove 90 miles to wait two hours for our food and it wasn’t even the right food. One of servers who workes there was very rude as well and was being very aggressive. I think it’s a good thing they are closing

My family and I have loved this place since 1968, even had family members work here. My own grown children drive thirty five miles just for the pizza here. Through out the years I’ve tried others, try as they might, they still can’t beat the best.

Great Italian food! A bit pricey but you won’t feel robbed $$$ . Parking lot small as is dining area. You may have to park on surface street. Friendly staff quick to bring your drinks and freshly baked bread. Entire staff helps out.

Closed after Dec 31, 2019 with owners retiring. Traditional Italian family restaurant formerly operated for 58 years in the San Gabriel Valley. Pasta and pizza were both excellent. Was extremely busy at the end for eat in or take out. Interior decor was wood panel rustic with booths and tables. Soft music playing was Sinatra, Dean Martin and other crooners from the last Century, now holiday music. With the shifting demographics of the area this type of restaurant did not survive. The limited hours reflected the challenges they faced in this location.

Well if you want good Italian food this is a place to come. I would skip the salads, soup etc. The chicken parm was amazing and had some great flavoring. I did not try the pizza. The charm of this place is you feel like you are in the 50’s. It is quiet, not a first date place but nice charming quality. I will def come back for the chicken parm though.
