This is the second time that I ordered food from down there the girl Maria is the most rudest and ignorant person to be answering the phones. My food was late. My food was cold, and my food was wrong. I am highly allergic to green peppers. The girl literally fought with me stating that I ordered green peppers. I would never order green peppers on a hoagie that I am highly allergic to, but instead of customer service, she sat there and argued with me. They will not return my food or my money or send me new food. This is the second time that that has happened with this girl she is not good for the business.

I NEVER take the time to write reviews for restaurants, but my experience at this establishment has me beyond livid. I wanted to try a new place, and based on the online reviews I decided to give the shop a chance. To make a long story short, they sold me slices that had to be sitting for HOURS, and when I asked to either be refunded or have new slices made they refused—-both possibilities. I had bought the slices just to make sure I had enough for the family (in addition I ordered a large pep and sausage). Clearly you can see the difference. I spoke to the owner about the customer service I received and he could care less. How disappointing. I am almost 100 percent certain that Mama Pepino taught her workers much better manners than they demonstrated. If you are someone like me who reads reviews and takes them into account, stay (very) clear of ordering anything from this place!

We wanted to try a new pizza place and this place did not disappoint. We ordered gyros, steak rolls, and a pizza. The gyros had a ton of meat on them and delicious. The steak rolls were big and filled with lots of steak and cheese. Pizza was very good as well. We will definitely be back.

One of the best pizza spots around! The slices are always hot, fresh. Their hot sausage is seriously next level—juicy, spicy, and cooked to perfection. And don’t even get me started on the buffalo chicken hoagie… it’s absolutely amazing! Loaded with flavor and just the right amount of heat. Fast service, great food—can’t ask for more. Been coming here for years!

This place is amazing! The pizza is always fresh, loaded with flavor, and the sauce is absolutely delicious—it really makes the whole pie stand out. Their gyros are hands down the best in the city—perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor. On top of that, the staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Definitely my go-to place!

I don’t know if its under new management. My experience was they don’t but enough meat on the hoagie. I tasted bread lettuce and tomatoes there were hardly any meat. I said okay, let me try extra meat. It still didn’t have enough meat on the sandwich. I ordered yesterday. It was Horrible!! I want be ordering from them a again!
