My experience with Mama Noodle was a bit of a rollercoaster. I initially tried to order through an app, but my order was rejected. When I decided to go in person, I was told they were busy with a large order and had to wait about 30 minutes. I returned at 11 am and was finally able to place my order for the Signature Summer Noodle Salad and the Crispy Pancake with Braised Pork.
Despite the rocky start, the food was worth the wait. The Signature Summer Noodle Salad had excellent flavor and felt incredibly refreshing—a true summer dish. The Crispy Pancake with Braised Pork was also pretty good; however, I thought the filling was too little. Overall, the food is good, that’s what really matters. I will definitely buy them again.

Very authentic roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) and liangpi (cold skin noodles)! I highly recommend the roujiamo and hulatang (spicy soup), the meat is incredibly juicy. The owner is also very nice I’m from Henan, this tastes just like home.
