Super good food fast friendly service. Only down fall is this little place needs a face lift. It’s super dirty on the inside the tiles need replaced the ceiling fan is falling and everything is greasy and coated in dust. The windows need a deep cleaning and the ledges the walls need some fresh paint and maybe some new art work and a new fan. I would invest in some real signs just so it doesn’t look so much like a run down ma and pop shop get rid of all the tape everywhere and this place could be a beautiful little place .

Ordered 2 subs the italian had 2 tiny pieces of meat on it God only knows what kind. The philly cheese one had not the first grain of cheese. Mama Nois has always been my favorite sub shop but after this experience I will definitely find a new sub shop. It’s bad when Subway makes better subs than that.

Anytime I’m in town I always have to make a stop. Their cheesesteak/steak sub is always so good! Full of meat and seasoned well. Their chicken wings are also really good.

I ate there a few times and like the prices but got sick after eating here recently. I had a headache, cramps, low grade fever and diarrhea. Doctor said it was food poisoning. This is the only place I ate at that day besides having some peanut butter and jelly, so Mama Nois gave me food poisoning.
Place looks dirty. I’m not surprised and I am at least glad I didn’t get too sick.

I love this place they have SO much potential. Subs are great but they literally never put any meat on my sub. Every time I go it looks like the photo I posted I normally say please put more then 1 slice of turkey. They make an effort only when I say. This is not a $11 sub this is like with 4$$ crazy how they are skimping on meat.

Steak sub was great. I got the combo, the fries needed more seasoning but the flavor of the steak made up for that.

This is one of the best cheesesteak subs I’ve ever had! Yes it looks like a hole in the wall. However, there’s awards all over the wall, saying best subs in Richmond . Employees were friendly, customers were friendly to & great place to eat. I would suggest stopping by and getting you a cheesesteak sub. Fries are awesome to. I didn’t get to try the eggroll that is supposed to be the best from what the locals told me !

This was my first time trying their Philly, and honestly, it’s the best I’ve ever had! Every part of it was spot on—from the flavorful sauce and perfectly seasoned meat to the fresh, toasted bread. They’ve truly mastered this dish. If 50 stars were an option, they’d get every single one! Plus, the owners are incredibly sweet and welcoming. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know!

I ordered a cheese steak sub with extra meat and I know they didn’t put extra meat on there they are ripping you off charging you for extra meat and your not getting it this place used to be a good place to eat not anymore . People wanna get What they pay for not ripped off
