Today I ordered a half taco salad and a full taco salad for pick-up. I have been ordering salads from them for many years, and they were always large, well put together salad. So, today we decided to order for the first time in a while. What a shock. The full salad was somewhat smaller than when we ordered before, but not significantly. But the “half salad” was a joke. It was probably not even a fourth the size of the full. The full salad was $9.99 and the half was $6.99. This is ridiculous. Rest assured this is the last time Mama Nitas will get any of my business and I would highly recommend thinking twice about ordering from here. I have attached a couple of photos.

Had a bad experience with mama nitas in new Palestine this evening. I ordered our pizza at 6:45pm and they said it would be delivered anywhere from an hr and a half to an hr and forty five minutes. Well it came to be 8:40pm and nothing so I decided to call . Well the young lady on the other end put me on hold then when she came back I asked where my pizza was and she replied it’s on the way . I will put this in there one of us is my 9 year old daughter which her bedtime is 9 o’clock . So I waited and our pizza finally showed up at 9:00pm . Not a very happy camper then I open my pizza to find it was over cooked. Also we literally live 3 city blocks from the restaurant. We use this location at least once a week but in the past couple months the delivery times have gotten worse and worse this straw may have broke the camels back I think I may take my business elsewhere from now on. Mainly because there was no offer to make this rite bad service looses customers J/S

Disgusting, limited options but the staff was friendly. The pizza on the buffet was old and cold. They were working the dough on the top of a freezer instead of using the counter top. The staff was friendly, that is the only positive. We will only be eating at the Greenfield location and will never go back to the New Palestine location again.

The service is awesome. The atmosphere was friendly. I ordered a specialty pizza, a 10″ with EVERYTHING. It’s so delicious! The many cheeses made the pizza tasty. I will be back often! Thank you!

I hadn’t heard of this place until I recently received a coupon & decided to give them a try today. So glad I did! Employees were friendly, delivery was quick, prices were reasonable & everything we ordered was delicious. Thank you for an all around positive experience. Mama Nita’s is my new go to for delivery. And that bacon cheeseburger pizza is fantastic!

This is a quaint little restaurant owned by the same people on the subway. They’re really nice the buffet we like really well they’ll make any pizza that you want if you tell them what you want it’s not out there they’ll make it for you they’re very accommodating extremely friendly. Stingy on the buffet, the pizza is always old and sitting there for 40 minutes. Twice in a row now I’ve had to ask to have something made that isn’t an hour+ old and last time I came in for a takeout buffet, they were *out* of pizza with a packed room.
