I had an enjoyable chicken parmigiana dinner at Mama Mia’s. The chicken was tender and well-prepared over a bed of spaghetti. The meal also came with a side salad. I came after they technically closed, so I couldn’t sit in their dining room, but they were very accommodating and served me takeout that I ate at one of the tables outside. My experience was very pleasant overall with great food, excellent service, and a pleasant Italian atmosphere. It’s just over the 34th street bridge from Ocean City, so it’s not far for those at the beach. I give Mama Mia’s my full recommendation.

This place was an unexpected little gem. Lasagna was amazing. Marinara sauce is very good. Partner had the veal parm. Very good. Tiramisu cake was a nice take on classic Tiramisu and very well done.

I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I went with my daughter the restaurant was completely empty, they had to “see” if there was room for 2. I then told them we would get take our they then said are you having dinner or sandwiches. I said probably both and told them we would be getting takeout. When I got home my chicken cheesesteak was totally dry. My family’s dishes penne with vodka sauce and chicken parm were pretty good, but the dinner rolls were so hard and stale I don’t know how they even served them. They even came with a finger print in them! Needless to say I will not be returning.. BEWARE!!

Stopped here on the way to the beach. Pizza was great and servers friendly but they could not tell my why there was a vhs cover for Winter Kills on the wall does anyone have any insight on this for me? While staying in Ocean City, we decided to try out Mama Mia’s for a dinner, and it was worth it. Their service was on point and their food was incredible! Every dish they served was awesome and their peach cobbler was out of this world. The only thing that was a turn off was the sharing fee, but that’s the cost of splitting I guess. Definetly coming back!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Waited for almost 3 hours for our takeout order – which consisted of 3 pasta dishes that would take your average person 7 minutes to make. When we called 2 hours into waiting for the order, they told us they had never made the food and that it would be another 40 minutes meaning there was clearly no priority for the order that had been missed. Upon picking up the food almost 3 hours after ordering, they offered a 15% discount. Safe to say you couldn’t pay me the 15% to ever go back.

Updating review from last year. Their chicken dishes are not edible. It’s cheap fake chicken, like minced up chicken patty from a freezer. They should be embarrassed for servicing this at any price point, but at $25 it’s a robbery. Stay away from any chicken dish!
