Such as cozy small spot with amazing food! My partner ordered the schnitzel sandwich with perogies and a potato pancake as the sides. I got a mix of sides: perogies, Ukrainian potato salad, chebureki, and plov. We loved everything, especially the perogies and potato salad! My partner loved the perogies so much that he ordered two more to go before finishing our meal. We’ll definitely be coming back.

It was a real treat stopping here today. I was visiting Cleveland and was headed back home and wanted to pick some Ukranian items. I go 4 different kinds of Kielbassy, borsht and stuffed cabbage. Everything tasted just right. None of the food was over seasoned. The good thing with that is you can always add salt but you can’t take salt out if salty.

Mama Marie’s Ukrainian kitchen is a must have! We went inside and explained we had never been to this restaurant before and the woman working the counter brought a magical selection of her finest dishes and we were not disappointed. The pierogi were enormous. Everything was extremely delicious and cooked perfectly. These ladies should be extremely proud of their cookery. I will be visiting again and again.

Amazing experience! I ate here as part of a walk in group of seven, and they handled it with grace and efficiency. All of us loved our food. The borscht was amazing, as well as the stuffed cabbage and dumplings. They use Ukrainian/Non-American sour cream, so it complements the dishes far better than what one could use at home. Will recommend!

Got take out from Maria’s for the first time today and it was excellent. Got some cabbage rolls and potato pancakes and can’t wait to go back. The fish (she said available Wednesdays and Fridays) looked really good too so will try to get back for lent to try it.
