Got the catfish, wasn’t the worst I’ve had, but definitely needed some flavor. The staff was wonderful and went over and beyond. My hubby had the French toast, eggs etc. We are from out of town. Huge portions l, salad dressing was great, filled up on garlic toast, mashed taters, and fried okra. Thanks for your hospitality today. This place has a nostalgic vibe from my childhood, just how a diner should feel. This place has something for everybody. Definitely didn’t disappoint.

Quaint diner right next to 35, open 24 hours. I stopped by for dinner super late and ordered the smothered chicken breast with side of garlic toast, mashed potato with gravy and slaw. Chicken tasted good and the gravy in the potato was yum! Unfortunately the coleslaw was dry for me. Service was quick. They did have a good selection of pies and meringues.

The food was amazing, and I do mean amazing. Chicken fried steak was breaded properly (breading didn’t separate), sides were done right, meal was hot and tasty !!! the service was fast and friendly. Nothing overpriced…the place was clean. An overall positive experience for me. I will definitely be back when I’m in OKC !!!

We was needing to have a coffee break, I had my cart with my cat in a Carrier. And they told me we couldn’t be in there. I had to leave. So rude in fact, that one of the women went into the bathroom to tell me to leave. My cat was in a Carrier. So f’n what she was meowing cuz she was caged up. They could of been respectful to me, they was just rude. I had just ended up putting all my stuff in storage had to cart my cat so she’d be comfortable. I been there a few times over the years, honestly my business is going across the street at McDonald’s. Never before had I ever seen them rude.

My group and I got helped by a server by the name of Tiffany. So helped us Tremendously. This lady deserves a pay raise. Because Tiffany helped us out so much we left her amazing tip, and because of her Generosity and amazing customer service. I will definitely be back in to dine.

If you’re looking for a 24-hour breakfast spot other than IHOP and Denny’s, well, Mama Lou’s is the place to go. Plenty of parking. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted and asked if we wanted a smoking or non-smoking section. We chose non-smoking. Our drink orders are always the same depending on the restaurant we choose. Raspberry tea and pineapple juice, but they did not have either, so we went with the essential orange juice and water. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Our order was placed & came out and in an excellent, timely matter, piping hot, which is always a plus. The only thing was that the chicken fried steak was much smaller than the other 24-hour breakfast restaurant that we’ve been to. Also, if your Vegetarian, they do not have ANY TURKEY OPTIONS to choose from when it comes to the meat: no turkey sausage, no turkey bacon, no turkey patties, no turkey meatloaf

Mama Lou’s is a great spot to stop and have a meal. Everyone was very nice and pleasant. Food came out very fast and delicious. Restaurant was very clean and servers were making sure condiments are filled and the floors were clean.
