Great experience! Family friendly buffet! Prices were SO reasonable! It was 16 per person for a Thursday night. It’s a busy place so go early to get in line. The line doesn’t take long to get through and once you pay you find a seat and then dig in. Your drink is included in the buffet price. A waiter comes by and gets your drink order and will help clear your table of plates. Everyone talks about the fried chicken and it did not disappoint! I would love to see more dessert that would be my only thing. What they did have was very very good!

So, I hit up Mama Hamil’s in Madison, Ma and man, it was a real Southern feast. I grubbed on some comfort food. The fried chicken? Crispy goodness that had me feeling all kinds of satisfied. And let’s talk about those mashed potatoes – creamy and the many vegetable options are what I really needed. Turnip greens, Lima beans, black eyed peas, okra, a great salad bar and more!!!

This is the horrible chicken that Mama Hamil’s is offering to customers!!! I took this plate back that one of my employees got for me to let them know that the chicken was not right.. the rude lady manager with the black shirt on, took my plate to the back kitchen, cut it open, brought it back to me and said it looks fine to me. Do you actually think I was gonna eat it. I wasn’t offered anymore chicken, another meat or Nothing… so Mama Hamil’s, is this how you treat customers? And by the way, I had just spent nearly $200 buying my employees a plate from Mama Hamil’s

The service atmosphere food… everything! is fantastic at this place. And you get a lot of food at a very good price also. This restaurant is how restaurants are supposed to be. Bob’s fried chicken is SUPER GOOD! And so is everything else – green beans, carrots, mashed potatoes, lima beans, rolls, you name it! Treat yourself and come eat at Mama Hamil’s! and if you say Hello to Bob, he might give you one of his famous, “Maaaaaaan’s!”
