Drove 47 min to try the DEEP FRIED BEEF SANDWICH…………IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! RUN to get one……juicy….tender……delicious beef wrapped in a delightfully crunchy egg-roll like wrapper. Sweet or hot peppers ……I went with sweet. The girl at the counter was funny and attentive. Small place but very welcoming!!!!

Was working in area. Found a decent restaurant I thought. Ordered a couple chili dogs. Cool. Third time I ate a cheeseburger. Bad idea. Yesterday Ate lunch at 12noon and was sick throwing up at 7p. Didn’t eat anything after the burger. Throwing up through the night. Had to call off work!!! I’m a random new customer. Yall got sick. Out of all the other places I could’ve picked.

Ordered four items. Upgraded one burger to a meal. I had to ask for my drink and was told the ticket didn’t have a drink, but worked that out very quickly. Got home, I didn’t have the extra fry I ordered and there is a fly/gnat on the cheese of my burger bowl. I called and was told I can come back and get a new meal or I could just have a credit for the bowl and fry. I let the woman know I wasnt driving back 10 minutes so she put a credit on the side. I won’t be returning based on the fly/gnat prominently topping my burger bowl. I guess at least it’s keto friendly .

I get that a customer may disagree with a server’s clothing. At the same time, be realistic; we are dealing with the realities of the modern fast-casual service world. It’s a mom n pop spot. Are you really going to crucify them on the cross of an ill-advised employee’s t-shirt? Write about the breaded steak, Italian sausage, or beef sandwich – all of which are great. Sorry you met with an employee whose t-shirt was not in conformity with your world view. This is a low wage worker expressing her position. In any event, I am a breaded steak devotee. So, if you’d like a breaded steak in the burbs without waiting in line for soggy disappointment, this is your pick. I suggest their patented giardinerra and mozzarella. Do your own thing though.

Don’t waste your money. I always pass this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Glad I did not bring my family here. It doesn’t take a lot to impress me—but hot damn. This place was BAD. I won’t even get into the staff who looked like they either didn’t want to be there or should not have been there based on their outfit choices. Let’s get to the food. I ordered a tamale and a hot dog. They really do need to have the word “microwaved” next to the word “tamale” on the menu. The hot dog bun was ice cold, not frozen, but ice cold. Maybe that is how this place does it but MOST places do not. To top it off, the restaurant is dirty. I am no crazy germ person but I would NEVER bring my kids here. You can see the filth and with it only being noon when I ate…clearly this place hasn’t been cleaned for awhile. Thumbs down. I gave this place a try despite the 4.4 rating and after my experience, I’m convinced that the people who have given this place 5 stars either know the owners and are doing them a solid or are content with mediocre food.

I feel it’s unprofessional to advertise your political views in your place of business, including your apparel. My food was fine, but I saw the only other customer dining in tell the cashier that her corn dog was cold. I’ve seen this on a few other reviews as well. Not likely to return.
