Hands down my favorite place to eat. I celebrate most birthdays here and have had groups from 2-10 all dine together here.
The owners are kind and wonderful people, the food is crazy good, and they’ve recently remodeled. (Admittedly I loved the vibe of it before, but it’s beautiful looking now)
My “base meal” is usually: (table of 3-4)
1 Beef Pancake Roll per person
1 Crispy Fried Pork & Chive
2 potato salad
1 Pork Xiao Long Bao
1 Herbal Lamb Hot Pot
1 Order Green beans
1 Order Pork Belly W/BokChoy
This is a great base of food to start adding on more things. Do yourself a big favor and check them out.

This is a hidden gem, buried inside the Great Wall shopping center but worth its own visit. Reasonably priced jiaozi as good or better than Din Tai Fun but much more approachable and without the long lines or price. Everything’s good and authentic but I’d especially recommend the lamb pan-fried dumplings and the salt and pepper shrimp.

I am so glad this restaurant is still open. I love their dumplings and I am so happy they have a few good vegetarian options. They also have excellent soup dumplings which is very hard to find outside of the overpriced places in Seattle. This place is a much more affordable options without compromising quality.

This place was absolutely delicious!!!! The best dumplings I have had in the greater Seattle area. In addition to the dumplings, their bao is out of this world: soft, fluffy, airy, warm. I also ordered their chicken vermicelli and it had great flavor and was a large serving. I left there so satisfied and can’t wait to visit again. The staff were very friendly and inviting. I appreciated that they gave space to eat without coming around every few minutes. The empty plates were taken as soon they were cleared, drinks filled, and check was brought without asking for it. Overall, perfect experience!

Sorry, it’s the truth. Not that I don’t love DTF, but these guys know dumplings, and noodles, and everything in between!
Any pan-fried dumpling dish is a MUST, and they also do green beans!
And the staff is super nice.

The food tastes good. I like the tomato egg soup and Vegetarian Xiao long bao. The noodle dish is a bit too greasy. They can’t split checks FYI.

Considering only three people work here, I get consistent food and service. I really like their spicy chicken, we’ve tried all the fried rices, and usually get some soup.

The service has been great, every dish has been flavorful and delicious. We’re all pleased.
Favorite dishes are the dry string beans and dry oil shrimp in hot pot. Shaved noodles were relatively bland as expected, but good texture. Sweet and sour cucumbers were tastey but not super crunchy. I’d eat a ton of these though. Veggie boa has good texture and flavor. Tastes very green. Spicy chicken is delightful.
Bathrooms are clean! This is important to check at restaurants.

The food was fantastic. I had the spicy shrimp and pork wontons. The wife had beef hand pulled noodles soup. I’ve been looking for spicy wontons since the days of green village and this has come the closest. I just need a little bit more spice and it would be perfect. The hand pulled noodles were thick And very very good. The beef was big chunks. I’d cook them just a little bit more so they fall apart in my mouth, but they were awesome. Definitely be back to try the more items on the menu.
