What an amazing experience!! It’s hard to find a family owned “mom and pop shop” that still delivers this kind of quality. The food is incredible and reasonably priced – we started with pesto meatballs and prosciutto bread (WOW), followed by lasagna and of course, Mama’s Sunday Sauce. Ended with the cannoli cake… don’t skip this!
Not only was the food top tier, but the service was unforgettable. We even got to chat with Mama herself and her daughter, what a treat!

Mama Catena Vino e’ Cucina is the kind of place that makes the world slow down the moment you step inside. Hidden in a small, charming plaza, it feels like walking into a living piece of old Italy—full of warmth, family energy, and that unmistakable homemade aroma drifting from the kitchen. The atmosphere isn’t forced or commercial; it’s real, heartfelt, and full of history. The owner personally coming out to talk with you only strengthens that old-school Italian hospitality. It doesn’t feel like dining at a restaurant—it feels like being invited to someone’s home for Sunday dinner.
And the food? Absolutely incredible. The Chicken Piccata was shockingly good—perfectly tender chicken sitting in a lemon-butter sauce so balanced and rich it almost felt unreal. The wedge salad was a masterpiece on its own, topped with thick, real pancetta—the kind that’s juicy, fatty, and cooked fresh so you get that warm, savory crunch over cold, crisp lettuce. Then came the bucatini, those beautiful hollow noodles that grab every drop of flavor. It was cooked perfectly and tasted like something straight out of a true Italian kitchen.

First time here. Amazing authentic Sicilian dishes, award winning canoli cake and great ambiance. The highlight was meeting mama who is authentic, full of energy and loads of fun. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Went there to celebrate a friend’s birthday and it was a fantastic experience! I started with the Sicilian salad — super fresh with a delicious dressing. My fettuccine Alfredo was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Others at the table ordered the veal parmigiana, carbonara, and cacio e pepe, and every dish got rave reviews.
Our server, Alyssa, was excellent — friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all our questions. Don’t leave without dessert — the cannoli cake is absolutely divine!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here last night. We had the blind dinner and it was phenomenal. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, every staff member that we met was so pleasant and it made our experience that much better. Our server, I wish I would have gotten her name, was so kind and attentive. She paired my meal with different glasses of wine and the pairings were superb. I can’t say enough good things about this establishment and their staff. We look forward coming back and will be telling all of our friends to go check it out as well!

The food is excellent, the service was top tier, and the atmosphere was so fun and pleasant. We love their dough that is used for their pizzas, it is so great. Fantastic! Everything from the bread service, apps, salad and the main entrees were all fantastic. The pork chop was delicious! I saw when I walked in that their cannoli cake was an award winner! I have to agree! Was one of the best desserts I have ever had! I highly recommend Mama Catena Vino e’Cucina!

Authentic Italian style, we ordered Pesto Polpette as appetizer and Pizza Capricciosa. It amazing that they use eggplant instead of olives to add more flavorful taste. Services are great, it’s our first time visit here and they helped us understanding menu and introducing pasta and wine. We have a good conversation with one of the owners daughter, she shared how their family keeps Italian traditions especially food culture and be proud of it and added to those dishes. Very good experience.
