We are a locally owned mom & pop burger shack. We opened our doors in 2009 in downtown Flagstaff. We make burgers, papas (fries) and shakes. We take pride in what we do. We’re not a fast food restaurant. We smash our burgers on a grill and use fresh ingredients. In 2011 we moved to our current location under the name Mama Burger. In 2022 we shut our doors for an extensive remodel/rebrand. 18 months later we’re back at it. We might have opened up under a new name Mama B’s, but we’re still doing what we do best. We make tasty burgers and we will continue to give back to our community through fundraisers and donations. So thanks for coming in. Now that you’re here and we’re here, let us make you a burger.

Drove to Flagstaff for the day on Tuesday, needed a bite! Stopped by around 6:30pm. This place is worth the stop. We were blown away by the quality and taste of the meal. The burger (The MOAB) was juicy and well cooked. All the ingredients were well put together, next time will replace the mustard with Chipotle Mayo! Still very delicious. Also ordered the Tator Tots—NACHO STYLE! Oh my, it was so good! The Tator tots were so crispy and the best part is the oil tasted fresh so the tots tasted with QUALITY!! Also ordered the ‘Mamas Burger’ to go. Will be driving back from Phoenix just to come and eat here again. Cheers!!

I order a hamburger shake and tater tots. It is so marvelous but I can only eat half in one setting. When you reheat it the next evening it is just as good maybe even better. The food and quality at Mama B’s is outstanding! Highly recommend. Love the outside artwork. A true family owned business that cares.

I grew up here and went to mama burgers at least once a week. When they changed to mama B’s, they were closed for a long time, and when they opened, I was really excited! Come to find out they got rid a lot of local favorites. It was okay because the food was still good and the atmosphere was (although a little newer) still Flagstaff. Today after a long bike ride up Schultz, I stopped here for a burger and fries. I used their online ordering system and still had to wait 45 minutes for food. Maybe I’m overreacting because it’s not the cute burger joint I knew growing up, but it’s confusing for the uninitiated to order online, it’s a little more expensive than other places in town, and the wait is always SO long. Maybe they are prioritizing out of town visitors who sit down in the restaurant, but I feel they are no longer catering to the locals and haven’t for a long time. I just can’t find myself recommending this place to friends or family.

We’ve been coming to Flag for years and have always driven by this place and it’s always packed. We finally stopped to check it out and now I’m kind of bummed we never went sooner.
I ordered the mama burger with tots and my husband got the make your own burger with fries. This is a really great smashburger. Great prices, too. You can definitely share a side – I only ate half of the tots. We had to try out the shakes and they didn’t disappoint either. They’re your traditional diner shakes – nice and thick with whipped cream and a cherry. Very nostalgic.
There’s a small outdoor seating area with a great view of Humphreys. But you can dine inside or do the drive-thru as well. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Big fan. We went out of our way to get food here on a road trip and it was a great experience.
Small place for a large crowd, but we were able to get a table. Our food came out fast, fresh, and tasting great. I love the make your own burger option and shakes. The seasonal pumpkin pie shake was perfection if you’re a fan of pumpkin pie.
All in all, a sweet local gem with friendly employees and awesome eats!

Burgers are good but are small ask for 2 pattys $2 extra you can get fries, sweet potatoes or tater toes for $5 each. I got sweet potatoes and they were kind of burn we ask them to change them and they did the second ones were better but still toasted. I don’t recommend sweet potatoes fries. Milkshakes was delicious. I got peanut butter milkshake. Burgers taste more homemade than fast food. Tasty just meat is very thin so get 2 patty’s or 2 burgers I would come back and eat here again. You can ask for any burger and substitute for vegetarian patty .for +$2

Had the chance to eat here again after a couple years. The service is good, the employees are kind people. The place is clean and the food comes out quickly. The french fries they serve here are so delicious and crispy honestly the best fries i’ve had in a long time. I also asked an employee what burger people often get they recommended The Paco Burger. The burger was really good and flavorful, it definitely satisfied my hunger. I highly recommend this place when visiting Flagstaff.
