I really wish I caught her name, but she gave My son (Blu) and I. It was right before closing who is amazing. I’m so glad I do not have to commute to the city anymore and the price is great for a good amount of food. Highly recommended. I’ve been here two times in a week. Try to Cassava it’s sooo good !

Service was awesome and the dine in plating i felt was royal.

I ordered a variety of dishes because I rarely eat African food but i was hungry and the prices were very reasonable.

I can say YUMMY the roasted chicken was on point and the sauce on top. Oo the lamb and beef seasoned very well and chicken skewers and that rice i adore. Oh I liked that peanut butter sauce that was good. I tried the fufu my daughter liked it, she said it was flavorful and she liked eating with her fingers lol.

Dang what else can I say other than I’ll be back! Ohh the homemade hibiscus juice and pineapple ginger very delicious.

The food here was so good that it had me humming and wiggling in my chair. I got two snapper plates, one with jollof rice and one with plantains. My pictures does not do the taste of these meals Justice. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! The snapper was so well seasoned, the jollof rice was on point, and the plantains were perfectly fried.

I don’t easily make reviews, but I had to make one about this one! I’m so tired of getting recommendations from Instagram influencers who are just posting about food places just to get a percentage off of their food. I’ve never heard of this place, and just decided to give it a try. It was so nice to stumble upon this little gem. I can’t believe anyone would give them a bad review. Trust me, you cannot go wrong if you decide to visit. I will definitely be back…a few times!

This is a little hidden gem! We were so surprised to find an African restaurant near us! The owner is absolutely classy, friendly and kind. You have to go try this place! I grew up in West Africa & this food tastes like home! The restaurant is clean and the food came out in a timely fashion and was hot and delicious. Go eat here! You won’t be disappointed.

I just want to take the time to applaud this restaurant for being so accommodating. That is extremely hard to find in this day and age. I called and they origanally did not pick up, but a gentleman called back right back.I asked if there was an egusi that was suitable for someone who is plant based and eats fish sometimes. Dee (not sure if he is an employee or the owner, if is an employee he needs a raise) stated that he would make me some without meat. He asked exactly what I was looking to order. I stated that I wanted egusi and red snapper. Needless to say my food was outstanding and didn’t see the light of day for too long. I really appreciate good customer service and great food. I WOULD VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN JUST BECAUSE I KNOW THEY APPRECIATE CUSTOMERS. I appreciate them too! Thank you Dee for your help and the wonderful food you made! Well done, keep it up!!

My husband wanted some African food today b/c his friend told him how good it was. My husband’s friend actually found this spot and we decided to follow suit and try it. I will say that it is discouraging at first b/c of how discreet the location is and how it “looks” once you’re in there. It is inside of the Mini Mall, and we entered on the opposite side, but was gladly pointed in the right direction by ppl at the entrance.

This was our first time ever having African food, so we were a bit apprehensive, (especially by the appearance). But the thing that kept us there was the high health score of a 93!! Yaay!! I can do that!

There was only one person working at the time, but it wasn’t busy…at all! I will say don’t be misled by the location or the atmosphere…the food was worth it! Oh, and they have only been open for 8 months.

My husband got the Egusi soup w/FuFu. It was good! The FuFu isn’t for me b/c I’m a texture person, and the texture was a no for me! However, the Egusi was bomb, very flavorful!! My husband liked it too! We had the peppers put on the side, and boy, are we glad! HEAT over-load!! Hot going in…and HOTTEST coming out!! But I can handle the heat, the hubby on the other hand can NOT!!LOL!

We will mos. def. go back to try other options on the menu.
