The bartender was mean, there were only 2-3 other people in the bar, and for some reason he didn’t seem to want us there. He seemed annoyed that I ordered a Guinness, then did a terrible job of drafting it properly, seemingly on purpose. It was also stifling hot in the bar. There were many great places to enjoy with great service in Uptown Butte, like the famous M&M, the Cavalier bar in the Finlen Hotel. We left Mr. Mean ‘I don’t like customers guy’ a 20% tip and walked out. We wish him well in his future endeavors.

Terrible service. Bar tender refused to serve us after 5 of us gave valid ID’s. I was wearing a trump hat so that might be discrimination? 5 25 year olds denied service. Whack! Don’t go there!

We had a great night at Maloney’s! Met some awesome butte locals and closed down the bar with Mikey. Gritty/ grungy/ risqué environment with a lot of energy. They have a pool table and some other games- traditional Irish bar. Stop by for a good time!

It’s been a while since I was in Maloney’s I was up there last week I got invited by a couple of Ukraine nurses and it was go right the bartender I’m sorry to say had a real attitude I would like to use the b word but I won’t but don’t let that stop you it’s a good fun place a lot of butte history I was in there when I was a child that’s how long that place has been there and if you like Scotch that’s the place to go. My cousins and I went to Maloney’s Bar had a blast not very busy which was great and kind of small. The pool table was in a small area which made it hard to shoot on the one side. But still had fun great bartender made me fill like this was my home town bar. Haven’t been there in awhile think I’ll head down soon.
