The staff was friendly and service was quick. I got the Philly tri-tip steak with the fire option. The sandwich is cross between a Philly cheese steak and a tri-tip sandwich. The fire option was a little more spicy than I expected, but it was flavorful. The fries were great, too. They come with a little Cajun spice on them.
Overall, it was a solid meal and seemed like a great place to watch a game or grab a meal and some drinks with friends.
3rd time here and I was hoping each time would improve but it didn’t . I brought my son and we split a Nashville Chicken sando and the family bbq with brisket and pulled pork. Everything came in warm except the BBQ Beans and they were served hot. The pulled pork was severely dried out, and didn’t even taste like it was smoked! The brisket had way too much fat, they need to do a better job trimming the fat off prior to smoking. The Nashville chicken sando was dry and flavorless… this is the last time I take a suggestion from an Instagram foodie that was probably paid to say it was good… The BBQ sauce they make inhouse… is horrible…Also, when I placed the order, and was using apple pay, the cashier said “please complete the screen”, I looked and it was for tips… It suggested I tip $10 because the BBQ was $90…when I clicked no tip, she seemed to not like that. I mean she literally did her job and taken my order. How is that worthy of a tip? Smh
I’ve never been so disappointed…. I should’ve listened to my gut and went to Winchester BBQ.
Cons: meal size is not big, plastic utensils are negative points. Limited non-pork options
We ordered the brisket and Mary’s chicken with white BBQ sauce, along with Mexican corn, coleslaw, pickled onions/pickles, and cornbread. The kids had the pulled pork sliders with fries. Unfortunately, everything was super bland. No seasoning at all. The bread was hard and dry, and there weren’t many sauce options to help bring the food to life. The only thing that somewhat saved my meal was the spicy BBQ sauce, which tasted more like mild.
Surprisingly, the fries were the best part of the meal—crispy and seasoned well, unlike everything else. Honestly, even Famous Dave’s would be a better choice.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt really let down after all the hype. Just wanted to share my experience.
