I got scrambled eggs, red potatoes, bacon, French toast and biscuits and gravy. My wife got a breakfast burrito with jalapeno added and hashbrowns. Everything is seasoned well, cooked great. There is no take away that is negative culinary speaking. We loved it. Our waitress was attentive and helpful. The interior design leaves a little to be desired, however. There are really nice professional appearing photos of their food on the wall. Super cool. There’s a large really cool painting of ships in the Caribbean. A TV mounted on the wall was playing the Price is Right. They do not mesh together well. Chairs are mismatched, but not in a quirky cafe way. There are random items in a corner including bar stools, something that looks like table parts and some other things. The menu is professional, but seems to have an identity crises. Mardi Gras named items, traditional American Cafe items, Mexican items, etc…
All of the negatives are cosmetic and minor. It was a great eating experience and we look forward to returning.

We saw this llace out of the blue and decided to try it. My wife had the Cajun pasta which was amazing (and we are VERY picky about our Cajun tastes) and I had beef street tacos (also wonderfully seasoned!).
Make sure to try the green salsa with your tacos. A bit warm and tastes really good!

Stopped by this morning for the first time. We were thinking breakfast but decided to have burgers instead. Great choice! I had the bbq cheeseburger and my wife had the French Quarter; both are great choices. The lettuce and tomatoes are fresh. The fries and onion rings were done correctly. The only knock I have is that they didn’t grill my onion.
Service was a little slow but our waitress warmed up to us later on.
Will return to try their breakfast.

So my family and I decided to try this place last night. That night being Thursday January 8th, 2026. We were extremely disappointed to say the least. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could.
For starters we were told to take a seat where we wanted and she(the waitress) would be with us in just a minute. We waited at least 10 minutes, possibly 15 minutes before she even came to take our drink order. I thought she was just busy. So we excused that to start with.
Then later she took our food order. We informed her we would have a to go order later before we left. We did receive our food. Except for my food which was a one dish platter, everything else came out 1 thing at a time. Having to wait several minutes between each item. My mom received her fajitas hot in the skillet. Then she waited a few minutes to get the tortillas. Then several more minutes to receive her fresh fruit. The waitress told her that her fried oakra would be out shortly. I guess the waitress FORGOT it completely after assuring us it would be out. My mom had TO ASK to get her oakra brought to the table. My mom had me try the oakra. Then to cap it all off the oakra was VERY greasy. We have had way better fried oakra.
My dish was ok. I had the shrimp alfredo pasta. But I have had way better Alfredo pasta before. It was not the most flavorful I’ve had by a long shot. Portions weren’t all that much either. Luckily I wasn’t too hungry though. So it was ok. But I do mean just “ok”. Wasn’t worth the cost.
The issue that really pushed this over the edge and made us all angry. We ordered my dad a protein plate. He wanted the steak and shrimp. This particular dish is $28.95 I believe. Close to $30 I KNOW. We received his to go steak and shrimp. We opened it to make sure the order was correct. It was not even a normal size steak. It was more like a thin breakfast steak. They charged $30 for!! Ridiculous!! When we got my dad’s food home to him, he had the sides which was mashed potatoes and spinach. He said the sides were ok. Again just “ok”. But the real bad thing is his steak not only was overpriced, it tasted like chemicals he said. He ended up throwing it in the trash. Said it tasted like they didn’t rinse the soap off the pan good before they cooked it. He said it was super NASTY.
General conclusion of this place. OVERPRICED!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Food NOT all that good!! Cooking steak in soapy dishes apparently!! Get your act together people!! AWFUL!! I would suggest to anyone considering this place, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND DINE ELSEWHERE.

Driving through the town. Looking for a place to eat. One of the nice lady waitress came out to see if I was lost. Because I was, greeted me and found out they had chips and salsa and a blend of different types of food. Amazing food, people and experience. Nice little hole in the wall place.

I was there today, 11-8-25. We were greeted warmly, great service, & the food was served hot & fresh!! We will definitely be back!! I even texted a friend that lives in Vilonia to let them know to try it!! It was worth the drive from Cabot!!
