Picked up my pizza and it was not totally cooked. I like the pizza, but this seems to happen often. My sister has had this issue 4 different times. So it’s not just a one time accident. Not great service when I need to finish cooking the pizza in my own oven.

Costly pizza for what it is. A pizza is filling for one, so you can’t really share a single pizza. I’ve had better flat crust pizzas. However, the balsamic steak salad I had was pretty good. Service was good, the place was clean, and the location wasn’t too busy. I couldn’t find any posted hours outside the building, but their website must be wrong since they kept serving new guests after 9pm.

overpriced cardboard baked in a flashy oven, which is the only appeal to this location. The dough is thin, flat, and often burnt. The claim of helping children in africa lacks backing, and the sign showing how many meals served hasn’t changed in over 10 months, TEN MONTHS!!!!!!!!! The pasta is mediocre at best and they get so antsy if you dare bring in a coupon. The manager gets in your face the whole 9 yards. The boss is extremely harsh to his employees yelling and berating them. The price of one small pep pizza is the $3 more than that of a kids pep pizza, when they are the exact same size and everything. They obviously put more effort into the appearance of the store, than the quality of the food. This is a poor excuse of a wiener cart in the middle of a dump with a lack of care, yet they claim to be a fine dining pizza experience.

I went here one night when the hours said they should have been open, however, there were people cleaning and they were closed, early. I tried tow more times and finally got there before they decided to close. (makes you wonder if they are any good when they close early due to not enough business.) SO I ordered our pizza and proceeded to wait. and wait. and wait. while waiting I heard a gentleman I assume was the manager or supervisor getting on an employee. He was demeaning and rude to the employee (in front of customers) which as a manager I find very disrespectful. I had a friend tell me her daughter worked there and that he was rude at times to them. I guess she wasn’t being overly dramatic. needless to say I left without our pizza because I couldn’t stomach how he was handling this kid. I understand disciplining employees, but certainly don’t do it in front of customers, and have some respect for the employee on the words you use to do so. this kid was no more than 17 or 18 and I am sure probably one of their first jobs. While I don;t know what they did, I do know that you do not manage by disrespect, fear or being rude.

Expensive, mediocre thin crust pizza. We asked what exactly is considered a meal, for the whole but one meal and another meal is donated to a child in Malawi, no one knew the answer to the question. We felt someone should know the specifics on that since it is how they are promoting themselves.

Not too bad. We really enjoyed the meal, as well as the ice. The one thing I thought was a bit underhanded was the way our coupon was applied. It was a “Buy one meal, get another free” or BOGO, but because we ordered a meal that was some sort of half and half option, only 25% of the entire meal ticket was discounted, rather than the advertised 50%.

Not enough to make a big fuss, but still, honor your word, would you? Or at least explain that’s how it will work before you finalize the order.

Isn’t nearly as good as the Provo Riverwoods location. The crust is too thin and there was hardly any chicken on the orange chicken salad. Employees were friendly and helpful but that was the only upside.

Fun place. We would go back for the bread sticks if nothing else. The food was very good also and the fact a portion of the money you pay goes for a worthy cause makes you not feel so bad about paying a little more. Our family is planning on returning to try things we didn’t order and take in the good vibes of the place.

I love Malawi pizza. They have lots of different kinds of pizzas to eat. If you don’t want pizza you can have pasta. They even donate some of their proceeds to charity.

Good pizzas with a nice underlying charity. Not amazing, but a fun environment with African animals decorating the entire place. Also, I’m a sucker for trees indoors…
