My favorite bowls in order:
Egg ramen and longkou vermicelli with soy sauce chicken in the Sichuan style soup base. This one was packed with flavor and super savory. Definitely richer and thicker, but so good if you want something bold.
Udon noodles with a fried egg and marbled beef in the tom yum soup base. Lighter, a little tangy, and a great balance after the heavier broth.
Nissin ramen and longkou vermicelli with braised pork belly in the beef bone broth. Very comforting and classic.
Perfect spot when you want something customizable, flavorful, and filling. I’ll definitely be back to try more combos
Spinach, beans sprouts, Udon, Corn, Potato, Crabmeat Sticks, Shrimp with Signature beef broth
Green Leaf Letuce, Egg ramen, Whitaker Mushroom, corn, Wagu, fatty beef with Sichuan Style Broth
It took about 10 minutes each. I loved both dishes and they were so filling! I loved the spice to it as well! All in all a good experience!
Also, the staff Hang is wonderful — very friendly and helpful! He recommended the perfect combination for me.
Great food, great service, great vibes. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Recently I asked if I could buy the chopped chili peppers they used to include for free on the side. They told me I can only order it online—but that doesn’t even seem to be true. Even when they clearly have it (they said it’s in their fridge), they won’t sell it. When I mentioned how strange that was, they said the owner told them not to sell it. Fine—whatever.
But then I ordered my usual medium-spicy dry mix, and instead of making it the way they normally do, they dumped a big portion of chili from chili oil directly into my food. I’ve ordered this many times and they’ve never prepared it like that before. It honestly felt like it happened because I asked about buying chili on the side.
My “vegan” ramen included various slices of meats. That was neither a part of the item nor a selection. I was mentioned repeatedly that this was a food allergy. Spent the evening in the bathroom.
Order elsewhere, it’s not worth risking your wellbeing..
