Absolutely THEE best banana bread. They have regular, choco chip, and mochi. I got a Chocolate chip loaf to share with a friend that doesn’t even like banana bread. We took 1 bite and both said we HAVE to get more!!!! MJ was such a vibe, we loved her energy. Ended up buying 4 more loafs. DO NOT PASS THIS UP if you’re visiting the north shore.

Got the mochi banana bread and chocolate chip banana bread. So good, especially the mochi one! Apparently they have seasonal flavors every few months which is cool. Each bread is probably a good snack for 2-3 people. Big shout out to Elena and MJ for being really cool servers and helping us decide what to order.

Best banana bread my husband and I have tried in our lives! So moist and not too sweet. $13 for each loaf and if you’re lucky, they periodically have promotions like buy 3 get 1 free! It was perfect for us to bring back home to share with family and friends.

My wife and I stopped by Makua Banana Bread in Haleiwa on Sunday, and we’re so glad we did! McKenzi helped us out and was absolutely wonderful — super friendly and really knowledgeable about all the different kinds of banana bread they offer. We went with the original after she described it, and wow — she was right! It was perfectly moist, incredibly fresh, and absolutely delicious. Hands down the best banana bread on this side of the island! It honestly ended up being the highlight of our day.
