My wife ordered and waited for the food to be prepared. The man in the mask grilling at the end of the pick up line assumed a plate that sat on the rail for a few seconds was hers. He looked up and banged his utensils together loudly and shouted “Your food is ready!” It scared my wife and it was NOT her food. Very rude and out of line. Won’t be back, ever.

I was their repeat customer. We had their teriyaki chicken every time when we were dining at the food court.
Now, they started to charge $0.5 for water without notice. They don’t even bother to let me know they were charging it. And there is no more double chicken. It is just extra chicken for $4. This is the worst part. They don’t even give me the extra chicken even I paid. I have to ask for it.

It’s a shame but this establishment has been going downhill gradually. The small lady who took my order messed up a simple request and didn’t take the time to explain my order back to me. I even explained to the chef and manager and they all said the same thing (they could not separate the item). I ordered 2 separate plates but they labeled it as one plate and mixed them together. They were very rude about fixing it. So bottom line, the food was burnt and they refused to fix my order. (At least they issued a refund easily)

I wish I could give this place negative five stars. The experience was incredibly disappointing, starting with the cashier behind the counter who was blatantly rude. They seemed uninterested in providing any sort of customer service, dismissing my questions and acting as though my presence was an inconvenience. It was clear they had no intention of being helpful, which left me feeling disrespected.

A cook called me “china” for chinese girl out of nowhere, and when I asked for a cover to close the top of my hot sauce cup, he said there isn’t any when there was. His coworker picked a lid up for me and apologized for the other guy’s behavior. It literally came out of the blue.

Really love this food but they refused to clean the area where the customers have to bag their food. Very disappointing and absolutely disgusting. Won’t be coming back. You can’t possibly be too busy to clean, which is what the man told me when I asked them to clean it. Hire additional staff to clean.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!!
The cashier added on a kid’s meal that we didn’t order. We ordered 3 plates, the cashier repeated our order and said so there are 3 plates total and we said yes. The total seemed a bit high but I didn’t want to be an issue so I paid and checked the receipt. I politely told the cashier we were incorrectly charged an extra $7 for a kid’s meal. He instantly got irate and started yelling you have 3 plates, what’s the problem. We told him we didn’t order a kid’s meal that’s on the receipt. He opened the register,, handed us $7 and went back taking orders. He was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude.

First of all I got my order wrong, but then on top of that I found hair in my food. I took it out because we were starving and just started eating. I was thinking okay it happens then unfortunately found another HAIR and this time it was a different color. What the heck is going on with this place. One plate and two different hairs in my food.. literally disgusting. This should not happen. Please don’t go here and if you do be careful when you eat!! Waste of money and poor customer service as everyone was rude.

My daughter tried some teriyaki chicken and thought it to be delicious. My other daughter, vegetarian, wanted rice. I decides to get a combo and asked if she could separate the rice and chicken because she doesn’t want meat to touch her rice. The cashier, very lackluster attitude, told me that she can’t do that. I asked why and she said that she just can’t.
Although, the chicken may have been great, you lost a sell due to your cashier’s inability to serve customers. I didn’t ask for extras, just a separate container.
