I’ve been coming occasionally here with my family for almost a decade. I’m not sure if they changed management but seems like whomever they hired in 2025 going into 2026 is super rude at the counter and the manager or whomever the guy was is childish. Don’t get made because I I asked for my order to me remade because your employee added vegetables that I said no to before paying. On top of that I paid for double protein but when it was remade it was less meat. I questioned the less portion and the guy was short with his response “it’s double, goodbye”. They both need to go find employment with not human interaction. I basically got a ton of rice with the chicken teriyaki spread across the rice to make it look like double protein for $18.

Oh boy.. got a cold terriyaki chicken today… fried rice top with terriyaki chicken.. not worth for the price .. $14++.. wont recommend.. better eat at a fine dinning not in a food court inside the mall.

I purchased a shrimp teriyaki meal. When I got home and opened the container, I was highly disappointed! They put LOTS of rice in EVERY section! There was barely any vegetables, and the shrimp tasted like they just “warmed” some pre-cooked shrimp! I tried calling the restaurant to voice my concerns but was unable to locate a working number!

This place is not what it use to be. Barely put any chicken on your plate and the food is about a 5 out of 10. Did I mention the price is expensive for the amount you get now? Years ago you would get plenty of food, For a good price. They are not friendly either here. It’s a complete rip off and I will never buy here again.

I think the food is decent for a quick mall-food-court option. The pricing is out of control lately… I remember when their slogan was “double meat, 99 cents”
Now double meat is 3.29… So Teriyaki chicken and rice and a coke costs 20 dollars. Could have had a much better lunch for the money.

Poor food quality, horrible service the cashier was too busy talking to the cooks to do her job, one of the cooks openly mocked a customer, poor food handling practices. This place needs visited by the health department.

Bad customer service asked for the food with no veggies all 3 plates and when I got the food it was all wrong with veggies I asked the cook I didn’t order this this food it was wrong he said if you don’t want it you could have your money back and leave the shop. He ended calling security and security told him this is bad service you can’t talk to your customers like this and the security said don’t go back to this location they do bad service. Definitely calling mall customer service on this guy
